  The customer service here is horrrible. Was placed on hold twice and no one returned to the call, I had to call back. Then when I called to make a complaint, they put me on extra long hold and no one answered the call. So basically there is no one there to talk to, but they will surely charge lots of interest and quickly take your payments.

  Constant harassment. Not just multiple calls per, I am getting multiple calls per HOUR. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to contact me via email or snail mail. Clearly my requests are not important to them. Also, the calls are coming from people with accents so thick that I can barely understand them.and I'm guessing that they can't understand me either. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

  Emailed through the loan servicer website an IBR on my wife’s and my student loans BEFORE the deadline.
  
  My student loan servicer (AES) finished the IBR application in just a few days and before the deadline.
  
  Navient took over 3 weeks and conveniently PAST my IBR deadline. I threatened to turn them into the Dept of Education and they finished it the next day but it was too late and they had already capitalized the interest on my loan making it jump $5000 overnight.
  
  Coincidence? Decide for yourself. My IBR finished in just a few days with AES student loan servicer. Navient took weeks passing the deadline and only finishing ONLY after I threatened.

  Horrible company! Not my first go around with them. You pay extra by splitting the bill in half and get ahead they say you still owe the money. How?

  They are the worst. They will HOUND you for being late (even though you have literally never missed a payment) when the reason the payment was late was because THEIR website was not working. I'm talking like phone calls a mere day or two after the due date. Like are you guys THAT hard up for money??? It ridiculous. How about you have a website that works, and perhaps give people a grace period because sometimes life gets crazy, especially around the holidays. Its not our fault that when we go to pay your system is down, but when its convenient for them they will call incessantly.

  I haven’t complain against Navient they continue nagging on agreement on a settlement with my mother. She’s paying triple interest in cording to her record she fully paid them off. Now they went back in an agreement on a settlement. I’m looking for restitution for my mother she’s paid well over the amount that they arm they M agreed-upon. She is a senior citizen living on Social Security

  RUN AWAY and never look back. I have had to deal with the ridiculousness of thus company for over 15 years. From them illegally putting my father on all 4 loans instead of just 1, to putting my loans in programs without my knowledge. My loans are supposed to be consolidated but they aren't. They don't work with you at all unless it's on their terms. I said I would pay them $400 per month but because I refuse to do automatic payment because they have screwed me over in the past, they are now putting me in default. Customer service sucks. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Most Pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Wish someone would shut these crooks down for good.

  Navient will suck you dry. I’ve paid every dollar I took out plus tens of thousands more. My balance is double what I took out. This company is a scam- do NOT take out private student loans with them. You’ll regret it every single day.

  There are no words to describe this company without using unprofessional language. Whoever runs this company deserves to be in a cage and should get a free ride to hell when it’s their time. I had to send a letter from my lawyer so they would stop calling my dad, who has Alzheimer’s, 10 times a day starting at 730 AM. Shame on anyone who works here.

  Their wasn’t an option of no stars. Navient is the worse company out there. They are causing people to have health problems. The president of the company doesn’t care. I wish someone would close them down forever!! The only way my son will be free from them is when I die. Until then it’s a constant burden. I’m sure my stroke had a lot to do with this.
