    I had a terrible experience with Pride Car Shipping, specifically with a representative named Jessica. She was extremely dishonest throughout the entire process, and I would strongly advise against working with her or this company.

    I initially listed my car on a dispatch website, and Jessica reached out, quoting me $220. After I submitted my information and card details, she suddenly claimed she couldn’t find a driver for that price and offered me another one for $320. When I mentioned that I usually ship my car for $200, Jessica told me to "trust her" and insisted that the company was only making $40 on the deal. This was a complete lie — she ended up pocketing $150!

    This company operates by simply posting your listing on a dispatch app and finding a driver for you. There’s no value in their service, just dishonesty and shady practices. I would not recommend anyone to deal with Pride Car Shipping.

    We used Pride Car Shipping to ship a vehicle from Indiana to Tennessee on 7/15/24.We were helped by Jessica Miller who helped us every step of the way and was really fantastic to deal with.The carrier was on time and we would highly recommend Pride Car Shipping and Jessica

    This company tries to exploit people. Julia had given me a quote to transport my vehicle to another state and gave me a text a day before pickup that it has gone $400 up. When I wanted to cancel, they even threatened to slap me a cancellation fee.

    This company messaged me 8 times before I finally responded to them. As most know who are looking to ship a car, MULTIPLE companies reach out to you with quotes and it takes time to shift through them and read reviews before picking the best company that works for you. I asked a simple question "Hi Jessica. If you do a pick up of the car tomorrow when will it reach California?" They responded with a standard message
    I'm sure they send to everyone and then another message asking "how soon do you want to ship it?" after I CLEARLY said in the message for a pick up for "tomorrow". I ended up picking a different company so as I am going down the line of my text messages opting out of their services, their very first message to me said "Reply stop to opt out." SO, I sent "stop" to opt out of the messages. I then get a response "then do not ask questions to text stop". They are very RUDE. If this is Jessica, terrible attitude. If this is not Jessica (who initially sent the text) then the people who work for her need some better customer service training. So glad I decided to go with a better company who is also rated HIGHER than this company. Theres a reason their grade is a C. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!

    Jessica from pride was who I spoke to. She gave me a quote and contract for 900$ to ship my truck. I signed the contract. Days later she said she had a transport for me but it would be 1600$. I said I was only willing to pay that of the truck shipped the next day. She assured me it would. Two days later the truck had not shipped. I told her o was done with her company and she tries to force me to pay a 200$ cancellation fee. She got rude and nasty to me and ultimately had her driver pick up my car against my will. Classic bait and switch price game. Do NOT use this company. They make promises and then don’t deliver on those promises and charge 1600$ for what they quoted 900$ for.

    Combination of bait & switch, plus failed to pick up car when promised. Extremely disappointing customer experience. Forced to drive from FL to PA, a mentally exhausting trip. Company refused to reimburse for lost airfare. Do not book!

    Made a deposit after dealing with Alice for over a week. Told my vehicle would be picked up Monday after I made a deposit Friday. Well I got the driver information and all said he would get my vehicle and it will call me Monday. Well no call so I called and he claims the drivers truck flipped over yesterday 3/10/24 He sent pictures. Well my iPhone dated the pictures and they were from August 3, 2023 @ 9:47. I replied back that I see those pictures before and he didn’t respond. And now also the they tell me Alice quit on Friday and someone name Jessica will be taking over & I yet to hear from her as well. I would trust this place at all. I’m glad my deposit fell off as she said it would if a driver didn’t pick it up.
