    The company said they had a driver lined up and did not all the numbers they gave me for the driver and the dispatch of the company that hired were all fake numbers. They were all disconnected. I asked my money back. They refused. I would not use them. Very unprofessional. Went on for about 3 days over the driver who is supposed to be and they said they talked to him and give him a call. Believe they are a fake company.

    Alice Terry has excellent customer skills. Alice is efficient and detail oriented. Most important, customer focused. Phone calls to the company were promptly answered, hold times were brief. She welcomed questions and promptly replied to emails.

    When Alice said she was sending a form, the form immediately arrived in email - while Alice and I were still on the phone. Pride’s forms are user friendly. I found their website excellent too.

    I would recommend them.
