    I would not recommend this plumbing service at all. The technician stopped by my house to look at what caused the leak from the PVC pipe. The technician looked and left without saying a word to me and to the homeowner. We called a representative from company and they couldn’t get ahold of the technician at all. This does not look for the business so I am currently filing a complaint. The homeowner said that it was best to send out this compliant due to negligence. We called the after hours line and they said over and over that the message is send to the dispatcher. The dispatcher and the technician never responded to the homeowner about updates on where the technician is, what he is doing, who the technician is, when the technician is going to stop by, why didn’t the technician never showed up, and how they can help in any way. We kept on waiting for the technician to come and he didn’t show up. He stood me up for a very long time and I had to let the representative on the phone know that the technician is not here. This is a big problem that should be investigated by the better business bureau, the federal trade commission and the attorney general to find out why the technician did not arrive to the residence to fix the leak. Right now as I speak the house is leaking and we are finding better contractors to fix our PVC pipes.
