  Michael G arrived on time for our annual plumbing inspection of our 2 bathrooms, kitchen and hot water heater. He was very professional and went about his job and informing us after each inspection. I will request Michael G for our annual inspections in the future. Thanks Ben Franklin for having such wonderful workers.??

  Ben Franklin Plumbing have been here twice, two different plumbers. Both have been exceptionally helpful, unrushed and thorough in their work resulting in first class jobs. We have signed a service agreement with them because of all of that plus prompt service.

  Forrest arrived and fixed our shower drain, with new caulk and cleaned the drain as it was leaking into the basement. He was very nice, and easy to communicate and work with. He answered all our questions and concerns and also contacted the restoration company to complete the repair. Benjamin Franklin is at the top of our list for professional services going forward.

  Forrest came in and worked on our kitchen sink. He took care of our issue in no time at all and had our sink back to working condition in no time. He was professional, sociable and explained what he was doing as he worked. Answered questions we had and pleased with his work. Will definitely use this company again!

  From making an appointment with the office to wishing Michael a good weeken, my experience with BF Plumbing was very satisfactory. They called ahead to let me know on the way. Michael introduced himself and had me confirm purpose for the visit. He said he could accommodate both the scheduled inspection with hot water heater drain and repair what I feared was a problem with the toilet refilling slowly and sounding like a tea kettle. He replaced the parts and as a bonus replaced one of the 2 seat bolts that had aged causing the seat to slide around. I wouldn’t hesitate to use BF Plumbing again.
