    I purchased a Trackmix PoE that does not work at all, after 4 requests for a RMA. I finally received an email after 3 weeks that said 'request closed' I guess that meant they refused to RMA, so I would not recommend to any one to buy cameras from Reolink their return policy is non existent, It's the luck of the draw to them I guess They will send you a camera and if it works it works and if it doesn't work that's your bad luck like a casino they should change the name to - The Reolink Casino "Buyer Beware"

    Won't warranty an 8 month old product. It won't connect to the wifi. Buy a different brand. 2 year warranty haha. Their support is a joke too.

    You pay for what you get. If possible, go with a more reputable brand. I was penny smart dollar stupid when I bought 6 cameras and I regret it that I went past the 30 day refund mark for each of them. They constantly lose signal, freeze, the SD card will suddenly be in "not formatted" status and formatting it will not resolve the issue. Tech support is even worse. No matter how you carefully word yourself and no matter how detailed you are they will go down a bullet point list of generic questions (even if you already answered them). They are taught to copy and paste this instead of actually learning about reolink cameras and how to deal with the issues these horrible cameras may have at any given time. Reolink tech support informed me that I should manually update my cameras but when I did that bricked these cameras. They were restarting every 2 minutes, freezing, blinking then restarting again. Poor tech support from people that are hired fast and barely educated on the product they are working with. I changed cameras to Google brand and have had no issues. I should of spent the money a while ago and trashed these reolink garbage cameras I have. I learned an expensive lesson, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! No amount of good reviews will get me to be a reolink customer again.

    back and forth with customer service based in China and still no resolution. bought Argus PT and 3 models last year. one will not charge and thus not connect to the router. the other two will charge and power up but wont connect to the router. router settings have not been tampered with and no changes in the internet provider or modem. my current cameras a still under warranty. reolink has stopped producing that model and are asking me to pay $130+ to upgrade. very unfair way to respect the warranty.

    I think that Reolink is just a rip off company that once get a customers money could care less about them. I have went on with them email after email with their support team. Have requested multiples times a refund of my money and they just continued to prolong even giving me a response as to whether or not I could send the cameras bank to them for the refund. I am so sick of trying to deal with this company it's unreal. This is a security camera company and my suggestion is if your in the market for security cameras you had better look elsewhere because not only sre these cameras expensive they are pure junk. A very pricey paper weight. I suggest you look at another company because I don't think your going to find any different than I have with these cameras and your going to be even more disappointed if you should need help from their support team. I am still fighting with them trying to confirm even whether they are going to let me send these things back. So far I have had no luck with them. These cameras are really way more expensive than the standard cameras are but I'll assure you they are not any better what so ever. Better lok elsewhere. That's how they have made me feel.

    I have 5 reolink 4 are solar. So far I love them. I have one plug in ptz in the basement I love it

    Fake customer service. I say fake because they Don’t only give you advice and will not replace anything broken from my experience. They had me running circles updating this that change this setting change that setting go here do that send picture more picture more pictures turn off your garage lights try this try that. Then they asked for my password which is highly unprofessional and reckless. Finally, I just took another camera and placed it where the failed one was and everything is working fine. A very simple test to show it’s not the cable or NVR or software. But simply the camera. They say they are not refusing to replace it, but it’s been a month of try this try that, turn off more lights, update the firmware it’s stupid and foolish at this point. They clearly want their customers to just give up and not old them accountable to their warranty.

    BUYER BEWARE Customer service is awful. AWFUL. Better read up on their policies yourself, or they will try to screw you over. You must contact them through email, but they only reply once per day if that. My new NVR worked properly for less than two weeks before it started failing. It has been a nightmare trying to resolve my issue (more than a week just for a replacement, still unresolved). First I was told to buy a new hard drive with my own money and they would reimburse me? Give me a break! That would remove Reolink's responsibility to provide a working product by introducing a different seller into the mix. Would they even reimburse me if I did this? I doubt it!!! Repeatedly told I must pay return shipping costs despite their own posted policy stating Reolink is responsible (less than 30 days). It's a shame that this company is run this way because I would recommend their products if their customer service wasn't such a scam. BUYER BEWARE

    E1 Outdoor.... Worst camera and service I've had, Everything I purchased it for, it doesn't do. I've had to turn off pan cause it gets stuck, then the false alarms are insane. It detects cars behind the monitored area and sounds off, I've turned sensitivity all the way down with no luck, so I've disabled the alarm and all it does is record. Could have bought a cheap camera to do that. So what good is it to me? Any contact with Reolink is by email only {from another Country} is two days if you are lucky to 4 days, and it goes back and forth. I also have two brand-new Wi-Fi cameras in my closet that were up for a week. They would never catch anything and loose the Wi-Fi signal constantly, and they were 10 ft from the router. I guess I've learned my lesson with this company. They do not build a quality product, One-star rating is too goods for them.
