      I sold my old phone to Gadget Gone after an upgrade and it went well! The process took a while (almost 2 weeks) but other than that it was perfect. I would recommend making sure your phone is paid off, unlocked, and is as you describe on your online quote. They will inspect your device and adjust accordingly.

      This site is a scam. They estimated my device at $160 and when they received it, they only gave me $22. Don't waste your time.

      Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I took a look at your order and it looks like you originally submitted an order for a good condition iPhone XS with 64GB that was locked to AT&T. Upon testing your order we found that your device had a battery capacity of less than 80% of the original manufactured charge capacity, which is something we disclose that we do check for on our website when placing your order. The battery functionality is why your original quote was changed to the evaluated quote. We received an email response from you quickly after sending you this information stating that you understood our findings and asked us to send your payment, which we did that day.

      We apologize for the inconvenience and never intend for our customers to feel like they are receiving an evaluation or payment that is less than fair. We also offer to send your device back to you free of charge for any reason if you do not agree to the evaluation or payment.
