      I have no complaints. They quickly sent me a PP label to send my iPhone to them. Within a few days I received the response which equaled only a couple dollars less than estimated as there was a scratch on the case. I accepted their offer and again, within a couple of days I received payment. They are quick with reply, questions and seemed very honest. I appreciate a business that treats customers well.

      I sold iPhone 7+ with GadgetGone. Not only they offered a competitive price compared to other corporate buyback companies, but they also followed with a personal text message making sure the process was smooth. I will use them again next time.

      This was the smoothest and most positive customer experience I have ever had with an online company. The quote process was easy (and the prices quoted were very fair). I began receiving communications via text and email right away to help guide the process. I shipped my phones (for free), received more communications on status of the evaluation once the phones arrived at GadgetGone, and was provided a reasonable evaluation and final quoted price. Price was good so I replied I was happy to proceed with the sale. Had the money in my bank account within 3 days. Would definitely recommend GadgetGone and would personally use them again.

      Great communication from the company every step of the way. I sent a rather old phone, and they still replied to my emails as if it was $1000 they were dealing with! I really appreciate the authenticity of everyone on the support staff and they really seem to get joy giving you the best deal they can for your old devices! Couldn't recommend them enough.

      The process was quick and easy. I was honest about the condition of my phone, and so were they. They paid for shipping and my prepaid credit card was sent promptly! I will definitely use this service again!

      I run a small side business buying and selling phones, tablets, etc. and therefore am a frequent user of many electronics buyback services. Gadget Gone is always extremely fair, honest, and competitive in their offers and evaluations. They process stuff quickly and pay quickly. I also think that they provide the best/most ongoing status communication and what feels like more personal communication than any of the other services. I've done many transactions with them and have never had an issue.

      I sent GadgetGone my Apple AirPods (2nd gen) that were in excellent condition and in their original packaging and I received nothing in return. They claim that they quoted me a $0 value. They did not. They quoted me around $35, then changed the value in the email they sent, explaining that they will finalize the valuation when the AirPods are received. At best they were terribly misleading in their communications with me; at worst, it's a scam.
