      First, my first appointment was cancelled the day before it was scheduled. The technician did a good job in going over everything associated with the tune-up. However, when I got ready to pay, the technician had not been given access to the payment system required for my tune-up. This process took over 30 minutes to resolve. Appearantly the technician was a new employee.

      *************** ****** was very polite and performed the scheduled maintenance on our hvac system in a professional manor. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I hope he is the technician they send next time for our fall maintenance. Very satisfied.

      I had an AC installed last August by Cool Today and Last month the compressor started making noise.I paid over $16,000 for the new unit.After several call I finally got a teach to check the unit.On 6/4/25 the tech disconnected the compressor but the one he brought a was the wrong compressor, he orders one and he said a was going to be install Friday 4/6/25.I have been calling for updates and no one is calling me back.Today is 6/10/25 and I still don't have AC for the last 7 days 92 F.I tried to get several managers and not getting anyone to call me back.***** *******- **** ****- Many ****-******. I also send a message to CEO **** ****** via ************** and no answer.

      We have been with cool today for a few years now and always have a different technician each time for our maintenance services. ********* was our technician today, he was very professional, friendly and informative with his service, products.
