  Today was my third experience to do with air-conditioning tune up, maintenance and repair. I originally made an appointment For An AC tuneup special at the ********** in July 2024. In doing the tuneup, the technician discovered a couple of parts that needed to be replaced and so I had my second appointment in August to complete the parts replacement. Recently, my AC stopped working, and I made an online appointment to diagnose. Todays inspection revealed another part was bad. In my experience, Im happy with the ease of appointments. The overall visit for tuneup, diagnosis or repair They have had the replacement parts for me on the truck which made for a quick repair time. They offer maintenance plans and veterans discount so I have additional savings

  **************** was excellent! Called for service and they came same day. Even traveled long distance to repair and get us cool again! Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Have to admit was a little disappointed that we had to pay quite a bit when we just bought the system two years ago, but other than that, I fully recommend Cool Today

  I was very pleased with my experience with Cool Today. I called to request for a service technician to come out to my residence to service a water leak. The service was prompt. The technician was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the work provided. There was very minimal lawn disturbance. The technician also mentioned services that Cool Today offers for future needs.

  Never allow this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your ** system fail, Ive had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my ** was giving me problems to Heating the house inspector ******* who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my ** pump upstairs due to the **** thermostat was in and out of fan, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a $8 fuse!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the ** fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS Im going to find a lawyer and the correct legal measures will be taken into consideration.

  referred by HOME DEPOT.I got very delayed delivery, broken NEW AC UNIT, and they refused to replace it from the FIRST week it started having serious problems.The techs did not change the filter that circulates the coolant/freon. The condenser inside the unit had to be replaced within the first week or so.The condensation PVC pipe was NOT sealed off properly and the water sat inside the house for nearly a month leaking into the garage. The company tried to blame my washing machine, which has not drain line running remotely close to where the inside unit is located.The AC unit had not been cooling properly from the first week. The company sent a tech today, who found the not a problem sort of problem. The tech told me that it was a sensor to a motor. I said so that is the problem this time, he said theres nothing wrong with your unit. I replied clearly there is if you have to replace yet another part on a brand new unit. He said they need to replace the sensor, but they will probably replace the motor just to shut you up.Now we have a pretty big hole in our garage wall for the water to continue drying.I requested that *********************** calls me to discuss them taking the unit back, but the last tech that showed up yelled at us for telling him that we are trying to get a unit from another company. He said that if I had someone come into DISCUSS an estimate for a new unit and a contract that this would void the warranty on the unit Cool Today installed. I said that I wanted Cool Today to schedule a time for them to come uninstall and remove their unit in order to have another installed from a reliable company with legit reviews and better service. They will try to turn the problem into something you supposedly did, this happened with the leaking water and adding insult to injury the unit is supposed to stay at high degrees and NOT cool to the desired temperature due to the high temperature which at 2 or 3 am even for me is a ignorant comment.

  I am recommending Cool Today, 1000%!!!My father passed recently and when we went to work on his home, we discovered the sewer line was broken. I called Cool Today and ****** responded almost immediately. ****************, provided a thorough estimate on the spot and he stayed exactly on track per the estimate. He also offered a more efficient and less damaging solution to the repair, compared to another company. Victors Team, **** and ****** were very fast and efficient. They had to do cement work in the laundry room and they actually left it looking better and cleaner than before they started.They also sent pictures of the in-process repairs, as well as before and after. They did excellent work!If you dont hire Cool Today, you are wasting your time and money.********************** and ******, you guys *****************

  They came for a basic tune up. Tech left air handler unbuttoned and unfiltered air entered my AC for 2 weeks. Multiple calls and emails are not returned. Fraud complaint filed, bbb complaint filed

  Similar experience to some previous reviews.. AC was not cooling so had Cool Today visit. They wanted $3306 to repair leak and refill with Freon. Way over priced for basic repair. Called another company and solved issues and new Freon for $1600 ( half of Cool Today quote)— seriously..half of your price?? Ridiculous. Friend in my neighborhood had exact experience of way over priced quote from Cool Today. Cool Today gives AC companies a bad name.

  The moment the two men came into my house I just knew that the price would be expensive amd it was . I live in a Townhouse and yes I have been bad in not having my A/C and duct work maintained but to have it cleaned and repaired I got a quote of $2,582.00 and they said it would be all day ? I don't think so. Also when they were finished looking at the duct work on the upper level of my townhouse. They left the hall light on all day for I had to get to work. Also I left the vaccum out because I knew there would be debris after they came down from the ceiling and they never even used the vaccuum to clean up. I don't think this is the company to use.
