Very unhappy with service. Have a pre payed plan. Death of parent December 2023, stone was unearthed for at least 8 months. Still waiting for DOD to be put on stone.EverStory Partners

I entered into a contract for purchase of a cemetery plot, in order to be buried with my family. From the beginning, they informed me with every bill, that I had an overdue payment. I attempted to reach the billing department repeatedly. They were never available - out of office, in a meeting, on the phone, not reachable via the phone number given - but, would get back to me. That never happened, Every month I paid my bill immediately upon receipt. Several times my check was returned with an unable to deliver as addressed sticker, despite the fact that I was using their payment coupon and envelope. I removed the unable to deliver sticker, mailed again, and they received the payment. Beginning in the month of November, 2023 the merchant began automatically withdrawing funds from my personal checking account without my awareness or approval. I have had to spend a great deal of time working with my bank to block them from future access. Quite deliberately, they changed the withdrawal amount by a few cents, and made a successful withdrawal. This consciously fraudulent and illegal behavior is appalling. While I cannot cancel my contract, I would like those researching cemetery burial to be aware of the unconscionable behavior by this vendor. I am giving this company a one star review only because this reporting method does not permit no stars.EverStory Partners

This company business practices are unethical at best and possible if civil liability. The have ownership of multiple cemeteries in our area that are not being maintained properly. Myself and others have sought resolution with local employees. You can tell that the employees are good people who's hands are tied by corporate greed and malfeasance. Shame on the leadership of this corporation and I do hope that they are looked into from a legal standpoint.EverStory Partners

Brenda G****** of Pleasant View Sinking Spring Berks PA told me to get buried somewhere else. So I will. Not next to my mom who died when I was a baby. Where did she get her credentials? Adolf Hitler school of compassion? She kept her position. Even more egregious.EverStory Partners

Poor customer service. Excuse after excuse. Buried my husband in wrong plot. It was fixed the same day as the funeral Wants to make up for it but just getting the run around, I am so sorry I buried my husband where I did but it was a cemetery that I wanted him buried in. It has been six months and I have had it.EverStory Partners

Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV is owned by Everstory Partners. My father was laid to rest in the Mausoleum. About three years after his burial a leak in the roof right above his crypt. I reported the leak numerous times and nothing done. It’s now a hideous and heartbreaking mess. The water damage has caused black mold on ceiling and water is coming from top crypt all the way to bottom and floor soaked with black mold on carpet. The roof is damaged from one end to the other. Needs replaced. They are continuing to sell to customers with a smile with the high price of purchase knowing this disaster is there. Complete neglect of this cemetery. Please do not bury your loved ones here. If I could turn back time I would have went someplace better. They don’t take good care of there grounds and they take your money and don’t give you your product when promised. My mother passed away last year in January of 2022. I order her headstone which costed $5,000 that I have still yet to receive. I was informed after months of reaching out with no response that they forgot to order it at the end of January 2023. When I order her headstone I was informed that it would be there October/ November at the latest. I was then told in January of 2023 that her headstone would be there by July. Guess what here we are in August of 2023 and still no headstone. I have spoken to the so called supervisor who promised he would get me answers and get to the bottom of things and he has also ignored me and beat around the bush. I was told as of today my mothers headstone is in production meaning they just ordered it. I will be contacting my bank because at this point I feel I have been duke by Lincoln memorial I’m truly waying my options to see if I can take them to court. If anyone else has a similar complaint please post it because I don’t think I’m the only one this has happened too! This is really heartbreaking to lose a loved one, pay all of this money and be treated this way. They have definitely made this one of the worst experiences of my life and I feel like no one there could careless all they want is your money. Please if you love your loved ones go somewhere that will respect them and you because this is not the place!EverStory Partners

Absolutely abysmal group. Father passed in 2021 and we have paid foe a stone which they repeatedly say they lost, lost the order or outright deny getting an order. Atrocious customer service. Going on 2 years without a headstone for my father.EverStory Partners

This business is alarming my boyfriend works as a grounds keeper and he tells me everyday how horrible this place is to work they have very little staff to get there jobs done let alone the right equipment to do they're job I know for a fact that this company's office in cedar Grove has not had running water in there office building for 2 days straight I even know for a fact that an election came to inspect that office and said it was not safe to be in after a previous fire has also happened on this same property the management is horrible as well they don't even show up a lot of times or answer there phones if theyre maintenance crew needs help this place is patheticEverStory Partners
