      Had problems with my mother's head stone and grounds in 2021. And now with my sister in 2023. The place is a joke to deal with. The people who are running it don't care.

      This place does not offer refunds, they want to give you store credit. Then make a big deal because you want your money back. Lincoln Memorial Cemetery located in MD.

      Local cemeteries don't offer any perpetual support. This is the only company that has upped their game to become more relevant with today's technology. In a few years there will be a change.

      Rockbridge Memorial Gardens - Lexington, VA - poorly maintained. The roads are atrocious. The grounds are barely maintained. A total lack of respect for those buried there and their families.

      Poor customer service. Mausoleums not open from Friday evenings until Monday mornings. NO FAMILIES FROM OUT OF TOWN CAN VISIT OR BRING FLOWERS FOR VASES ON WEEKENDS, HOLDIAYS, ANNIVERSARIES OR MEMORIAL DAY. This is just since Stonemor purchased Roselawn in Princeton WV. So very unfair to families that they won't hire someone to unlock the door mornings and evenings. I wrote a long letter addressing this and they never bothered to respond. They do not care about the familites.

      "Honoring Your Life Story Is Our Life's Work. At StoneMor, our vision is to ease the burden of end-of-life planning for every family we serve..." This is the first thing you see on their website and what an absolute blatant lie. One of their employees dropped the ball with processing the grave marker order and it wasn't until we followed up 6 months later that we were told the order was never put in. My family is still waiting on my brother's grave marker after 11 months since his death. Fingers crossed that we can properly pay respect on the anniversary of his death since we were told it will be another few weeks for the "rush" order to arrive. Who knows if we hadn't followed up if we would be this far along in the process. No sincere apology, no follow through with a call back. This is not just a business but the GRIEVANCE business. Zero respect for their customers yet alone for our loved ones that passed. Please stop taking money from paying customers if you're not going to hold up your end of the bargain.

      Terrible responsiveness at West Memory Gardens in Dayton, Ohio. We discovered the name plate from my Mom's crypt missing in March 2022 during a visit. Reported it to office personnel and we're still awaiting a replacement. It is always reported as being on the next shipment. Also, my wife ordered a bench for her father's grave in March of 2021, and it still hasn't been delivered and installed. Terrible!

      my family has 8 grave sites four of which have been used.the grounds are a disgrace there is more dirt showing than grass.when i complained no one knew what if anything would be done.When we bought this grave yard was the best looking in the goldsboro area, it now is the worst.

      Very poor service and customer concern even though it's a cemetery. 2 times we ordered (prepaid) grave markers for family members it took a year for one and a year and a half for the other. Every reason in the book given for the delays. Company is run from a corporation in Pennylvania and local office management states they have no power to deal with the issues at Corp. level. Since StonMor Partners has taken control there, upkeep is horrible, some grasses allowed to get over knee high due to lack of trimming. I actually called for a small request of help locating a friend's grave over a week ago. Person couldn't do it at that time promised call back... still waiting for that call.

      Unprofessional service. Failure to assist with an issue. Our mother is buried there at Roselawn in Martinsville VA. My sister visited her grave and the vase that holds her flowers is missing. The vase was chained to the vase pole and now it’s gone. This is the first time in 12 years the vase has come up missing. My sister complained to Jose at the office and he stated we would have to replace it. It’s on their property so why should we have to replace it. Jose was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t care about our issue at all. He didn’t offer any resolution. I am totally disappointed in the service we received. My sister lives in Martinsville and she visits our mom and sister’s grave often. We have never had a issue before so now we know the new staff doesn’t care about our issue. Terrible customer service. Highly disappointed.
