    I've been a frequent A4L customer for 5-6 years. I have always been a bit nervous not knowing the quality of b-stock/refurb items and unsure of the quality of the customer support I would recieve.Firstly, after 20+ purchases, I never had a problem. Then I did receive a damaged center channel speaker. I emailed them and I got an immediate response to troubleshoot. Very helpful, exactly the right steps, we had some back and forth. Then, because life, I did not reply to them for 8 months. I emailed them replying to the thread adn they immediatel replied within an hour and that day had the speaker vendor send a replacement part which solved the problem.It doesn't get much better than this. Best prices for gear by far, usually nothing goes wrong, and if it does they have fantastic customer service. I will be a customer for life and am leaving this review because I want to encourage this kind of thing. A4L stands out in today's world where most companies are out to just make a buck they don't care about their customers. I wish this was more common!

    Great company to work with - excellent prices and outstanding customer service. Purchased a refurb Denon AVR and had issues a few weeks out. Very prompt actions on their part - they issued a shipping label and sent out a replacement as soon as they had confirmation from ***** that the defective item was on its way to them. Replacement unit arrived quickly. Highly recommend Accessories4less.com!

    I purchased top quality Focal speakers from Accessories4Less and my experience has been great, fast shipping and great communication with my purchase, I did have one issue with my front speaker covers a week or two later that was from factory defect, I and sent email to customer service, I revived immediate response back and resolved my problem with new covers being sent immediately.     Purchased a Polk subwoofer from them. I had some problems with the sub going into standby mode while watching tv or listening to music. Contacted them about the issue and they help troubleshoot and sent a replacement amp for the sub. I would buy from them again.

    These people should not be in business. They sold me a product which was impossible to listen to and told them that. They came back with the line "we sell thousands of these cd players without a single person saying the sound too harsh to listen to". Well, when I requested a return authorization the day after I received the item, was informed that I not only had to pay a restocking charge, but also had to pay their original shipping charge as well + had to pay my own charge to ship it back!!

    Purchased a high end AVR (Marantz Cinema 40) from them. I originally had some problems with the eARC not working properly on my ******** I spoke with the company who offered to ship a replacement at no cost to me, but recommended I try a few troubleshooting steps first from the **** support page. Apparently the eARC not connecting all the time is a common issue and was resolved easily with the steps on the **** support page. This company is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and offer great support if there are issues. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
