    I should have read the bad reviews on here before buying through this online store. I bought a Marantz factory refurbished AV receiver, model SR5014. As you would expect reading the reviews on here, the unit indeed arrived defective. There was no audio coming out of the right channel. Tried every input, different sources, different speakers, even headphones: no right channel. After contacting Marantz directly first (that was what a note in the box said to do), they ordered me to drive the unit back to an authorized repair shop myself. The closest one was 30 minutes away. To me that seemed like a first sign of bad customer service (from Marantz?). When I arrived at the workshop the guy confirmed me that the unit was defective and said that it would take AT LEAST 3-4 weeks before they would even START on repairing the receiver! You would expect more customer service after an expensive purchase like that. After I brought the unit back for repair I contacted Accessories4Less through their chat and then by phone, but they were not reachable. Looking at the reviews here, they like to accuse people of being bad actors and writing dishonest reviews. I'm very curious to see where this is going and I'm giving Accessories4Less a chance to make it up to me, because I am not willing to wait 4 weeks or longer on a repair that should not have been happening in the first place. If Accessories4Less can make it up to me in whatever way, I will be the first to write a better review or update this one. Until then, the 1 star remains...

    We had Hurricane Ian hit us and we were not able to respond due to power outages. When we finally got power back, and tried to assist customer with a free replacement, free return shipping, the only thing out of his mouth was threatening us with negative reviews and to contact the FBI! WE WERE CLOSED DUE TO A HURRICANE (look up dates Ian hit Central Florida).

    Peters email to us "I leave the ball in your camp to fix this issue as soon as possible. Hopefully with a full refund. Hey, I'm even willing to give your store a better rating if you give excellent customer support. If not, a complaint with the FBI for fraud is not far away".

    Yes, he got a free return label. No, he didn't leave us a good review as you can see above. . Yes, he got a full refund. No, we will not work with any customer that acts in this manner with threats to FBI of all places....some people lack any patience and are simply unreasonable.

    What a liar. I never got a refund. Never ever. His first response to me was that I was all about bashing his company like all other 'disgruntled people' on the BBS website.
    After reading the other reviews on here about him and his tactics it became clear to me that this guy is operating in bad faith.
    He puts a document in every delivered box that customers need to contact the manufacturer if they have issues with the device, NOT the seller, being accessories4less.com. So he lets the manufacturer fix the problem, keeps customers like me waiting for at least 5-7 weeks, while he keeps the cash for selling faulty equipment. When customers send him returns he charges delivery fees and stocking fees, leaving you with only a partial financial return.
    And yes I threatened him with filing a complaint for fraud. His responses were proof of that. It is my right to do so if I feel like people are stealing my money.
    He knows very well that I sent my defective AV Receiver back to ******* for repair like the document in the box instructed me. But after all back and forth he sends me a return form via email anyway asking the device back. I don't have it, it's at ******* and he knows it.
    Again: he claims he gave me a refund. It never happened. Instead he was flexing his muscles and accusing me of being a bad customer. I get real tired of people like that. Just do your job.

    Top notch company, bought refurbished receiver, it shipped quickly, arrived in great shape and works perfectly. Prices can't be beat. Will be my first choice when buying more electronics.
