    I got a Yamaha turntable from Acccessories4less. The price was right and the unit came in fully packaged from Yamaha refurb. Honestly, it looks pretty much like new. The turntable worked great except the tonearm lifter wasn't working for me. I reached out to the Accessories4less via email and their support team answered me within a few hours. They explained how to to setup and calibrate the tonearm lifter. Now everything works beautifully. I got to give the support staff some props for the quick and accurate reply.

    I took a chance an ordered a Polk S35 center channel speaker. Unit came in original Polk packaging with all associated paperwork. Unit appears to band new and sounds great.
    Unit was shipped out just hours after placing order.
    When needed I will definitely order from Accessories4Less again.

    First time buyer. After a lot of searching on ******* ***** ******, I found Accessories4less. They had the Yamaha A/V Receiver I needed after a Belkin Surge Protector had an internal meltdown and took my old Yamaha receiver down with it. This price for the refurbished RX-V4A was great and the ordering process was simple and smooth. It shipped FedEx and arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately, I had technical issues out of the box and Yamaha Support diagnosed the issue as a bad Network Card and told me to contact the seller for a return/exchange. I contacted A4L and they promptly issued an RGA and shipped me a new one a few days later. I received my new Yamaha RX-V4A and I unpacked it, hooked it up to my front left, front right, and center speakers, the sub, Cable Box, DVD Player, and CD Player. I then connected to a new Pyle Surge Protector/Power Conditioner, powered it on and followed the steps in the Miracast App. It immediately connected to the Miracast App, then to my Wi-Fi network, then to my two Yamaha WX-021 Wireless Speakers I am using for Rear Surround Sound. It took a total of 11 minutes from opening the box to enjoying Superb Audio. I am thankful that this replacement unit works flawlessly, and I thank A4L for standing behind it and making it right. If I ever need any more Audio, Video or other Electronic Gear, I will definitely check out A4L first.

    I bought a refurbished DENON DCD-1700NE and it is truly like new, totally blemish free, as is the remote control. The player sounds wonderful. The service, communication, packaging, & shipping were perfect! I also purchased the maximum Extended Warranty which is much better coverage than if I had bought a brand new player and paid a lot more!

    A customer is a person that has conducted business with you. We have never sold anything to you ever.

    We did correspond over email b/c you couldn't figure out how to pay for the product using online checkout and got mad at us that your credit card kept declining.

    I purchased two Walnut Kef R11 speakers from this company. They were certified refurbished. There were a couple of marks on the speakers that are probably beyond what you would consider acceptable, but ok, refurbished, I get it. However, I noticed a very obvious color difference between the two speakers once set up, even in the listening position. Ok, disappointing, so I took pictures that showed a clear difference and received an email saying Kef do not sequentially number their speakers and it is just a variation in wood tones..like a floor. I didn't believe this for a second, as I have seen several pairs of Kef walnut speakers and they always match them very well. I called Kef, and they confirmed what he said is not true, and they do match sequentially numbered speakers and wood.
    I also wish I had read the reviews. They will most likely respond with a 'customer is always wrong ' approach, looking back through the other reviews. So please read them. They manage to hide on ******, but the reviews you see there are from *******, which is not a public-facing review platform. It is a customer satisfaction platform and not the same thing. Don't read just the reviews, read how they respond to each one, they are never apologetic, and always right. A sign of a bad company. I wish I could post pictures, but I will elsewhere.
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, look elsewhere

    Purchase a sound system was told that the shipping and handling would be free. Therefore when the package arrived my husband signed for the package. About a month or so later I am receiving a bill from ***** for $160. When I called Accessories4less they told me I should not be charged. I said that I was. The sales rep/owner said he would look into and it should never be. Weeks later I did not hear back so I called. Was told the same thing and that they would investigate. By the way the never call back when you leave a message for customer service. So I called sales everyone want more money and someone answered I remembered the voice and reminded him of what transpired again. He said he will speak to his rep. Weeks went by again during which I call, left messages. So I went the sales route again. He informed me the rep from ***** did not respond. I explained it’s really not my problem because I should have never been billed and they can reverse the charges. On your website it said the shipping and handling was free. The rep follows up with an email days later stating the ***** rep could not do anything and usually they informed you if the package being delivered incurs a charge which the ***** rep did not do. I called ***** and explained the situation and they said we should not have signed. I explained the ***** rep said sign because receiving the package not because of payment. Such highway robbery on both ends. I told ***** they should have disclosed that information before delivery which the driver never did and accessories 4less should pay for the shipping and handling because that is one of the reasons why I purchase the sound system from them. Dishonest all the way through. Buyer beware dishonest

    This is a review regarding ***** . We paid to deliver the order and provided a copy of the shipping charges we incurred, showing they were paid in full.
    You added inside delivery to this order, which was not covered by our free shipping. Thus this is a bill for those additional services you added to the delivery.
    We had also asked ***** to remove the charges, but they declined as the services were rendered that the customer choose.

    I should have also read all the bad reviews first. I hope this helps others.
    I bought a soundbar from them and 3 weeks later it died. Their website said it had a 90 day warranty, and any defective items they would pay shipping back. They aren't doing either because I don't have the original box. Basically just telling me to pound sand. Will definitely never buy from there again. $300 down the drain.

    Yes special treatment like paying for shipping back a defective item that died 3 weeks after receiving it. Which happens to be their policy on their website. You don't have to take my word for it. There are plenty of the same complaints across a bunch of sites. 2.43 star rating on BBB. I just wish I would have read them before purchasing from a company like this.

    On January 16 2023 I ordered a Denon DCD-600NE CD player from Accessories4less. The unit was delivered on 1/21/2023. I connected the unit to my stereo system only to find it would not play any disc. I tried both used and new disc with no luck. I then filed a return request. I waited a few days and filed another return request think maybe they didn't receive the email. After a few more days with no response, I filed another return request, still no response. I then filed another return request and called. Today is February 2 and they have they not responded to any emails or phone calls. I get email notifications whenever anything is charged to my debit account. Just when things couldn't get worse, they charged my account for the second time for the full amount. All I can say is stay away from this company. Buy from dealers that will at the very least respond to customer problems.

    We have emailed you a prepaid return label and issued a full refund . We never charged you a 2nd time, the 1st was just an authorization followed by a payment capture. The refund was issued Feb 2nd 2023.
