    I have been waiting on service for two months. Never can get service *** immediately. Always have to go through answering service. I have had trouble with equipment since we bought this service in 2021. I do not recommend this company.

    Aug 18, 2024 my control panel would not arm. The app wouldn't arm also. I contacted them Aug 19 and was told someone would call me to schedule a technician. No call or anytime of communication from Core Home Security. I called once again Aug 26. Once again I was told I would receive a call to schedule a technician to resolve my issue. No call or communication from Core Home Security. Called once again Aug 30. The same response. I will receive a call to schedule a technician.Core Home Security didn't have any issues collecting money for thier Alarm Monitoring. Even if my alarm does not arm.

    This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. The system always has problems. When I call no one will ever return my calls. Ive had my system at least 2 years and I still havent been able to get any signs to put in my yard saying I have an alarm system. You would think that they would fix the problem that causes the door alarms not to work. They just keep rebooting the system and never fix the real problem..

    My rating is for the outstanding customer service experience I received from the agent, Avianna. I hope her manager and upper management see this comment. If they listen to our call, understand, sometimes the SMALLEST (re)actions make a huge difference. I called because my core homes security door camera has been disconnected for months. A technician fixed it in person and a month or so later it was not working again. No, not another $150 to fix the same situation. I conversed with ******* who provided an exceptional customer service experience. Avianna was very polite and patient during our interaction. I was irritated with the performance of their doorbell camera system and expressed my disdain for their service and servicing cost each time the technician has to fix it. ******* was empathetic, validated my feelings and did not interrupt me nor talk over me. She did not only hear me, she actually LISTENED to me and did not give a robotic statement nor fake sounding response. I could tell she was knowledgeable about the doorbell camera system, because she gave me options with scenarios to have it fixed. Avianna was the perfect example of how pleasant, simple and easy a customer service interaction can and should be. Thank you, *******.

    So I begin with my mother in law who is ******************************************************* her home end of March 2024 ( given permission from her). There were no other family members there or did they know she done this. This company installed a camera system on a Saturday and told her they would be back on Monday to show her how it worked. Guess what, never showed. After installation, they had her sign a notebook saying installation was complete. They left no paperwork pertaining a contract. We worked with the camera for 2 days and called the company back for a full refund and removal of the system. Do you think they called us back. Absolutely not. Haven't heard from them. They will not call us back. Nothing! Finally after 3 weeks we received the contract. She is paying 3800 plus finance charges for a system that is clearly available on Amazon for less than 300. I'm appalled that a company would take advantage of our elderly people. All we want is for someone to get this equipment out of her home and cancel contract. This is sad that our elderly are so nieve and these companies are money hungry people are taking advantage of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    My security camera has been offline since December, and I have called for help in getting it back on line. I have not heard from anyone but the phone answering service. They told me that someone would call me back in 24 hours, and I have not heard from anyone. I pay my bill every month and an extra for personnel to come out and fix the system when it is needed

    When we had the core homes security to come out to put all of the door bell,security lock on door ,& temperature it took them 6hrs & only put in door bell, so they couldn't get the door lock to work so they left put in the old one, when the next man came different people he put just the temperature in, I wasn't there but he was putting the door lock in & told my mom it was fixed & it wasn't you could only pull or push the door open, I didn't fine this out till I got home at 9:00pm which made me mad we had to go to sleep with our door like this, the only thing they could do was pay me back ***** that's all, the had to pay a lock ***** to come out to my house to fix it, it took him 15min, core homes security just want the money nothing else if I can get out of this I would if anyone can help let me know, DONT DO CORE HOMES SECURITY BAD!!!!!!!

    The service provider is the worst Ive experienced having several security systems over a 20 year period.. they do not service equipment or return calls for repairs..

    I reviewed your account and it seems as if we have not had a phone call or service request from you since 11/27/2023. And prior to the 5/16/2023. In both cases my representatives followed up with return calls and also service request emails. We make every attempt to reach our customers before closing a service request ticket.     My acct Mgr, *******, did great explaining everything and *****, the installer, was very good. He did have a few problems but it was due to my house being old, not his ability. I've never had a security system before and I'm very happy with it. Highly recommend.
