    Everything was great until their tech decided to lie on me. My appointment was at 5pm. **** the tech probably felt like not working and decided to make up a story that canceled everything. **** never showed up at my house and I never saw him on that day. I got even more upset when **** told the company I went outside and told him I wanted to cancel my installation. It was for the best because I went with another company and got everything for half of the price I was going to pay to Home Core and 0 APR. they were going to charge me *****% APR.

    Misleading. I'm being charge for a system that's not working. They won't me to pay for a technician to fix there system. I had the same problem from day one and customer service is rude. Their telling me about warranty but this is the same problem from day one

    ****************** system was installed on 6/1/2023. In the signed Contractual Agreement, the customer initialed and dated that they are responsible for services on a per call basis. There is not an alarm company in the industry that does not charge for service visits or offers a service warranty plan. Our representatives offered both a flat rate or added service warranty option that the customer chose to refuse. Yet he decides to come and attempt to slander our company for standard business practices. I have also listened to 2 previous recorded calls were ************** was very rude with the representative not allowing her to even complete a sentence. So the comment stating the customer service rep was rude is very far fetched. If the customer would like to schedule a service visit, an appointment can be scheduled once an option is chosen.

    This a shady company. They removed our existing camera. Provided camera that we had get a loan for. New camera never work. *** told us that we would need to get stronger connection for camera to work properly, this was not mention before installation. We had service tech come three times to reinstall all three camera off and on. Still having problems. They disconnect our door bell and now we no longer have door bell because camera door **** does not work. We try to cancel our services and they say we would have to pay $847 to discontinue service. Sleazy and confrontational customer service staff.

    When customers get our alarm services they are well aware that the equipment is financed. As with anything financed it is a loan. The customers give permission and also agree to the terms of the loan by signing the contract. Each contract is for a term of 60 months (5 years). That contract also states that service calls are paid for by the customer on a per call as needed basis. There is also a early termination fee to cancel the contract. 

    When I spoke with the above customer and her husband this was explained they said they wanted to cancel. So I provided the early termination invoice. With any company that provides a service, a charge is associated. I do apologize that our fair business practices are not a fit for you. If you decide in the future that you would like to get your equipment serviced, I will be more than willing to schedule the appointment for you. Thank You!

    The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cant give a starthis company is a joke they dont respond to inquiries. ******* pretends to be helpful i the beginning but once you are all set up you cant reach her unless you leave nasty messages my alarm has been offline for 3 days Ive contacted her and customer service an I get no response

    Core Home Security representatives are to be commended for all efforts to inform me of their policy prior to purchasing my alarm system! I am extremely pleased with my personal representative and services that my family is receiving which have led several neighbors and family members to inquire about joining the Core Home Security Family!!!
