    It has been close to a year with this company. The equipment is working great and we've not had any issues with it up to this point. It did take some learning and getting used to but now that we are acclimated to the DVR system we absolutely love it. I can't say enough how great Blake was throughout our time with this company. He was very kind and professional initially. During the install and after it was complete he reached out to check on the progress and this made us feel like we were in great hands. The technicians have all been great and patient with us! Our experience with the company thus far has been Great!

    Core Home Security has not been good for us at all. Every other month for 2 years we have had to call or put in a support ticket because the cameras do not work even after troubleshooting. Customer Service will give a message to someone but most of the time we don't get a call back. The one time we received a call back was because we asked about canceling our service. The panel will not connect to the wifi & they want us to pay labor to fix it. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

    I was well pleased with the installation, and service by the sales team. My contact Julliana was most cordial and supportive. I have had no issues and the system has delivered as advertised. The technician was also knowledgeable and efficient with the installation.

    Core Home Security did an Excellent job,installing my system, Cory my sales representative was very good at explaining everything and making suggestions for my personal needs. I recommend him for your home security they will always answer your call and the system is amazing ??

    I like my alarm system, it has so many features that my old one did have. If someone rings my doorbell,the camera allows me to see and talk to them without opening my door. I also have keypads, which I love, it allows me to disalarm and alarm my system before I enter into my home, from my car. There is many features you can do from your main panel, set the time that you want your system to come on in the ** and shut down in AM automatically, set your wallpaper,so many features,and best of all you the best support, Juliana, she will be there for you and will call and check on you, to

    how things are going. Kent, the technical person that can out to install the equipment, knew what he was doing, a great job.

    The customer service at Core is very professional and customer friendly. Had the pleasure of working with Tiki one of the customer service managers, top notch service. I would rate a 10, however 5 is all I can give.
