    Do you get 4-6 annoying robocalls per day for home security? I do. Today I went through the process with them to find out who pays these people to constantly call. Turns out, it is Core Security. I also spoke to ****** after making it through the robocall prompts and call center pre-varification. I spent 47 minutes being screened and sold, before I told ************** would not be giving him a "deposit" to get the tech out. He said I should try to get ADT out without paying a deposit. At this point I told him my only goal was to find out who was paying for the daily robocalls. I told him their telemarketer is horrible. They have been asked to take my number (already on do not call) off their list, but they continue to call with spoof numbers every day.

    I have called to get help reconnecting my alarm system to my internet for 96 hours- no reply yet...i keep being told someone will call within 24 hours..no one from company has called - when calling all i get is the answering service. I have even requested a manager to call with no reply.. All I need is assistance over the phone. Due to an electrical storm I had to get a new router and modem that needs to be programmed into the system. Due to the lack of service and response I feel they need to adjust my monthly statement. Also without the service working my home is not protected....

    After my father past in late April of this year, I wanted to get an alarm installed so I could feel that my mother was safe in her home alone. Had not started looking for a security company when one day the phone rang and it was Core security. Because I was interested in getting an alarm, I thought it was good luck that they called my mother and I was there to speak with them. So I was ttransfered to Authur who was very informative and nice and so without looking futhur I paid a 99.99 initial customer payment and a tech was sent to the house. The tech was nice and professional and when he finished we were very satisfied. But then I got a copy of the finance contract showing in addition to the 4000.00 alarm system, I would pay 3800 in finance charge with a finance company who provided this service for core and its customers. Well that was way too much to pay for a couple cameras and 3 door sensers and so I cancelled the service by mailing letters to the security and the finance companies. Which I had to do by the 5th day after service install. They eventually came to pick up the equipment and even though it was past the 20th day to retrieve the equipment, we still allowed the tech to retrieve the products I followed the rules and Core has not. I was to receive any monies paid out no later the 10th business day after cancellation. I cancelled on 05-02-2023 and as of today I have not even been able to speak to a core repe. Everytime I call they say. they will put in a ticket and give me a call back. They have not . All I want is my money refunded.

    Very pleased with our new security system. The installer went above and beyond to get our system installed and working properly in one day even though there was a problem with our Spectrum router's compatability with one of our cameras. Also, Julianna, our account representative has been very helpful, accessible and professional. Agreat experiance so far!

    Arthur is my account manager and James Dale was my technician. These two were diligent and trustworthy. James is allowed in my house when I’m not here So happy I left ADT Core Home Security. The app is easy to navigate!! Now it’s time to record these jokesters in my neighborhood. Opening car doors and garage doors. Best decision. I’ve made. Even wife agreed!!
