    My AC has been out for 5 days. The technician they assigned my account told me today that they declined my service request because the company ARW subcontracts with ( NAS) never pays on claims. And all this after ARW told me yesterday the very same company would be coming out tomorrow! But you better believe ARW collected that $75 service fee from me without a hitch. I called and canceled my service with them today, but not before the customer service representative tried to sell me on some home alarm partnership with ADT.

    I've filed a claim for my Air conditioner April 28th. And as of today 5/18 no one has reached out.. but they already took out my service payment of ***** and my monthly payment....I have never experienced this before and I have been a customer for many years

    Don’t waste your money dealing with this company is a disaster I have carried the insurance for years and I have tried to make 2 claims one with replacing a water heater and the other some plumbing repairs both claims were denied i have waited for at least an hour every time I call and just get passed on to another hold for another department. Save your money this is a major *** ***.

    Purchased my home in Sept 2022 and included was ARW. April 26, 2023 filed claim AC not working after multiple phone calls to ARW and the service provider on this day 5/9/23 I still do not have AC. Each time I call ARW the representative states, my claim is still under review. The service provider that came to my home X 2 is new to ARW and does not have a clue of how it works. The service provider also is not giving ARW correct information regarding contacting me as well. This service is HORRIBLE!!!!

    This company is extremely unorganized. I have used them a few different times and everytime it's confusing I have to call the company that actually fixes my issue and when I mention my warranty company they don't know it they know the company my warranty company sent them which is too many parties involved. They told me the issue I was having wasn't covered when I'd had this issue seen previously now all of a sudden its not covered? I don't understand! They increase my claim amount without notification and sometime they hang up on me if they don't know what to do. This is the worst company I have worked with and canceling was so difficult I'm over it. I'm on the phone now waiting to cancel as I'm writing this...don't use this incompetent company.

    The limits of liability (amount they will pay for a claim) are so low you would never get your money back. Only pay $350 of a $1500 water heater replacement and I've paid them $500 a year for two years and a $55 fee for filing this claim. ********************** on insurance with this provider.

    Purchased in May, 2022. Had first service March 2023. Plumbing. took 2 days to have service. They don't fix the day of the call. Have 1 bathroom. ARW never called with follow up. the Plumber called with the update 3 days later. it was $****. ARW would pay $125. The balance was my portion. Horrible!!! That was for a sink and toilet snake. ****!!!!!!! Insane! DON'T, JUST DON'T

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WOULD HAVE SAVED NEARLY $900 TO DATE WITHOUT THE WARRANTY.I have had two claims, and neither provided enough protection to cover the cost of replacing the appliances. I would be more ahead in the long run just paying outright out of my own pocket.Refrigerator: Ice maker stopped working, and they recommended a new fridge. ARW gave me between $300 and $400. New comparable fridge was north of $1,000, and I paid ARW nearly $900 for the year. I WOULD HAVE SAVED $400 WITHOUT THE WARRANTY.Water Heater: Water heater catastrophically failed, needed replacement. ARW assigned me a service company who never showed up, and the ARW provided number to contact them was the wrong number. This cost me days (keep in mind my family did not have hot water at all during this time). I ended up being directed by ARW to just do the repair and get reimbursed. ARW's reimbursement for a $3,700 repair?...wait for it...$400. Again, I paid them $900 for the year. I WOULD HAVE SAVED $500 WITHOUT THE WARRANTY.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Save what you would have paid ARW, and just shop around for repairs yourself. You will come out ahead or at least the same, and not have to deal with the debacle of their customer service.
