    Buyer beware. This company attempted to charge me for a subscription to receive replacement pads (2 at a time) every 3 months ($22.51). When I requested a refund for the order, I was told that I signed up for an auto-renew subscription which, was not my intention. Their initial response was that I could not cancel this subscription until after the third cycle. If this happens to you, do not give up and push for a refund. I am now awaiting a refund. There is no mention of a subscription option that I can find when placing an order. If it is there, it is not noticeable enough to prevent the consumer from accidentally signing up. I did receive immediate responses to my email inquiry. I just want to raise awareness for other consumers to beware of signing up for something that you are now even aware exists. We haven't even used this product yet but, I will say it appears to be of good quality.

    Cant speak to the product, but this company is horrible to do business with. Made a purchase with expedited shipping in December and Inhabe *** to receive it. They will not issue a refund, and continually responded to my questions telling me to look at their return policy. It is difficult, noimpossible, to return something you did not receive. The customer service person was rude and dismissive.

    Don't do business with Grill Rescue! They guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve for orders placed in early December, then sat on my order for nearly two weeks before actually sending it out, by which time it couldn't possibly meet their delivery guarantee. When I finally received my shipment a few days after Christmas, it was incomplete and incorrect (I ordered four items and only received two, and only one of those two was something I actually purchased). It took several days and many, many e-mails for me to learn that the items I originally ordered were out of stock with no known restock date. Now I'm on the hook for both the original shipping charge and sending the incomplete, incorrect order back. Instead of attempting to fix any of this, Grill Rescue has lied, changed its story and spent a lot of time and energy blaming its shipping carrier. Dozens of reviews online tell a similar story. This isn't an isolated indecent it's a sham of a company that I wish I'd never done business with.

    Would not order from them again. I had to request my tracking information after several days of waiting. I have a tracking number but the item has never been shipped. It's still sitting in its original location. When I contacted customer service, no updates were available. I signed up for the subscription but honestly, I'm wondering if I'll ever get those, or just be charged and they won't show up either, since I never received a way to log in to check my subscription. I wish I would have done more research. I thought this would be a fun gift for my husband who loves to cook outside.

    I ordered a grill brush for a Christmas present on November 25, 2022 and yet to receive it. I have reached out to the company multiple times. The company states they resent it but couldnt get any information from the shipping company DHL. I simply asked for a refund and they keep giving me the run around lets wait a few more weeks. What company does this?? This company is based out of ******* it shouldnt take that long to get to address in ***********. I asked the company if they could reach out to the shipper and find out they tell me they have and couldnt get any info. The resolution I want is to get a refund on the product because Christmas is over and now I have no need for this as I mentioned it was a gift and I bought something else in its place. Thank you for your help with this matter.

    Buyer beware. Placed an order 11/27, shipped 11/29. Still no delivery from DHL. Canned responses to emails. Terrible customer service. No refund. They took my money and did not deliver the product

    The order was sent out last November 29 and provided a tracking number from DHL. There has been some issues with the courier which resulted to the failed delivery, but we have requested a reshipment and sent you an email for the update. Thank you.

    Do not recommend doing business with this company. They charge for expedited shipping and then dont ship until you bug them for several days. They do not adhere to the documented refund policy on their website.
