Product arrived weeks late even though I paid for expedited shipping. Product is cheaply made, handle broke during its first use. Customer service is as useless as the crummy product. Do not buy from here. Company uses the American flag and firefighters to *** people ***. Got me for $68. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Rescue LLC

My son ordered their products for my birthday in the very early part of June. It took several weeks for his order to arrive. When I opened the box a week after my birthday we found out that it was missing the dunk tank. My son tried to contact the company with no response at all. So, I asked my son to forward me the invoice so I could try and get some help. Needless to say just like my son, I sent emails with no response from the company at all. So, i found a phone number and an automated message says,"thank you for calling Grill Rescue we are unable to take your call at this time our phone support is very limited but our customer service is not. We answer every email in a timely matter. We highly recommend that you send us an email and they give your their email address. They lie because they do not reply to your email at all but they have no problem taking your money. What also makes me upset is that people work very hard for their money and my son thought he was doing to two things by purchasing their products. One is that he was getting something for his mom that she would love using and the second is helping fire fighters too. I have never seen such terrible customer service from a company. I've had nothing but a headache from this company. They do not function like a professional and trustworthy company. I've been dealing with them for 6 weeks to get my complete order. When I ask about getting a refund on JUST the shipping I paid to receive the items before Father's **** they blatantly ignore the question and send cookie-cutter responses thanking me for my "patience and understanding at this time". They are NEVER reachable by phone, emails bounce back because their "mailbox is full" and I can only reach them via their website comment submission form. I feel like they are selling items on their website that they clearly do not have in stock. I wish I never ordered this overpriced grill toy as a Father's *** gift. I've been as patient as possible up until this point because I see that they are a relatively small company and I normally want the "little guy" to succeed. I also liked how the item seemed to support firefighters. But, they promised a resolution of sending me a tracking number for the missing item from the incomplete order they did FINALLY send me and I again have needed to follow up on their shortcomings after 10 days of not receiving said tracking number or update. I feel like I am being tricked and robbed and that it's a scam where they hope I will eventually forget about following up on my order. I haven't even tried asking them for a full refund of the $92 I spent because I can't even imagine the headache of that process with them, but I don't even want this item anymore since buying replacement heads for the grill brush in the future is something I'm not interested in doing at all. Received my Order in full. Used for the first time and immediately damaged brush. Junk.I have been emailing/calling the company for 17 days now. They will not get back to me to get my money back. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have many friends who are fire fighters in my hometown so I thought I would try this product to support fire fighters. I ordered a brush hanger and a dunk tank on 6/12/24 and it took over 2 weeks for me to receive. I then discovered that I only received the small brush hanger even though they said the dunk tank was in the incredibly small parcel I received. I sent them an email, because nobody answers their phones, and received a response the next day asking for a picture, which I sent immediately. Two weeks later and no response or a dunk tank. I see online that so many other people are in the same position I am in. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware.Rescue LLC

**************** is terrible. The first update (that I found out later was the same to everyone who emailed in weeks after the product should have shipped) was more engaging and apologetic. The 2nd response I received (after the deadline from the previous email) didn't even bother to address the wait times (nearly 3 weeks now). Website lists a phone number that says it will connect in seconds, but the system won't accept calls. Extremely shady business practices. I've emailed them to cancel, but will charge back with my bank if they push back.***Update*** Ive charged back with my bank. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Just recently got shipping information even after *** asked to cancel, informed them I will be charging back if they dont. This is a rinse and repeat scam. I noticed the same trends on the BBBs website from Fathers Day 2023. They keep apologizing and recognizing they were lacking in communication but cant seem to figure it out year over year. Everyone should go file a complaint with the BBB. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.Rescue LLC
