    MADE AND ORDER AND THEY WONT FILL IT OR CANCEL IT. I'VE MADE AT LEAST 20 PHONE CALLS AND CLOSE TO THE SAME WITH EMAILS. NO ANSWER AND THEY WONT CANCEL IT.

    I have been trying to get in contact with the company about returning my purchase as I do not have the order number because they never sent an order number and I have called, emailed, tried to chat, left voicemails and not one response. This company is a scam. Voicemail of customer service goes to someones personal voicemail! Do not do business with them.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!I ordered on 6/5, selected and paid for next business day shipping - it is now 6/16 and I have neither heard from this company or received my order. All I want at this point is my $92 credited back to my card.

    This company is a scam, do not purchase from them. I placed my order on 05/10/23. The company charged by card 05/11/23. The company charged me $13 for delivery during my purchase for only 1 grill brush. Never received any emails from the company regarding my order being sent or a tracking number or estimated delivery window. It has now been five weeks and my grill brush still has not arrived. It's been stuck in ** for 12 days. The company uses DHL and then it transfers to ***** I reached out to ***** they have not received the transfer from DHL. I reached out to DHL multiple times and spoke to more than 1 person. They refuse to talk to me because the merchant (Grill Rescue) placed the delivery order and they need to call. *** kept telling me to just allow more time. I've contacted Grill Rescue every way their website suggests (4 different options). I only received a response once that said my item would eventually get to me (no hint as to when), but they would provide a replacement brush, but only if necessary. First, you can't provide a replacement, if I haven't received the first one. Secondly, would it take another 5+ weeks to get the replacement? Refunds were not an option. Another irritating point is that they are still running their 50% off sale. They are being ripped to shreds on ******** because no one is receiving their order, but they're still having a sale and accepting orders.

    I purchased an online order through Grill Rescue on 27 May, and 17 days later nothing has shipped, and when I email, I get exceptionally vague responses that it will ship, but that they're just delayed. Based on other customer reviews this is a common trend, and Grill Rescue seems to have expanded too quickly, as they have almost no customer support service such as what is displayed on their website. I have emailed multiple times and left voicemails asking to speak to someone about my order to cancel and refund it, with no response. Even though their website says they take phone calls, the number immediately goes to a voice mailbox for an individual, with no idea if it's actually a company worker. I will not recommend anyone support this business until they can get their operations in order.

    Made a purchase 23 days ago. Contacted. the company weekly as not only have i not received my products, but they have yet to even fill my order to ship. I get a email back only saying that my order will be checked on and that is it. I will not do business with them again. I was xharged immediately but over 3 weeks later have nothing to show for it. This is unacceptable.
