      I've experienced most of what everyone before me giving CINCH only one start, except that I haven't even been able to get a repair person out. Every time they assign a provider, it's cancelled withing two or three days because the provider does not service my area. I live in **********, **. not the moon. I feel sorry for those dealing with this company for months, I'm throwing in the towel a bit sooner than that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      I was charged $110 for a service that Cinch is now telling me that the item is not covered! I have spent two days on the phone talking to different agents, got hung up on twice! One agent said he was processing my refund, which was not true! After being on hold the second day and finally talking to agent # 3 I was told the only way you get a refund is if the appointment is canceled. When I asked why they would send someone out to my home, charge me $110 for an item that is not covered? This company is operating a SCAM on the public! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! WHEN IT WAS TOTAL PROTECT, THE COMPANY HAD INTEGRITY, BUT NOT TODAY! PUT YOUR MONEY IN A HOLE BEFORE GIVING IT TO CINCH! I AM CANCELING MY CONTRACT! SHAME ON YOU, CINCH!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING ANYONE IN THIS ORGANIZATION SAYS ABOUT ANYTHING!!!

      You will regret Cinch and ***** Home Warranty service. You can never cancel. 2 yrs ago I cancelled this ***** home warranty service and still being charged. I sold my home at this address 2 yrs ago. Date: August 14, 2020. I am still being incorrectly charged for this service after 2 yrs at $69.00 a month.I spoke to *** B and have conf#. They said they have no record. They owe me $1650 dollars. The email address I was given is incorrect to the cinchhs.com account receivable team to dispute. Below 1 star! Worst company ever.

      BEWARE before agreeing to the "year" warranty! Even though my "Coverage Summary" has an EXPIRATION DATE of 5/6/2022, they continued to deduct $$ from my account! When I called to get a refund and an explanation, I was told that it was an auto renewal warranty and because I didn't call to cancel they would not refund me. I was transferred three different times and customer ********************** reps were rude & unhelpful to say the least. This company is a total sham and should not be in business. ***** should also be responsible for recommending and working with this sham of a company!
