      This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. I attempted to submit requests for service multiple times but they dont have actual people to talk to. Their online portal doesnt even allow you to request service. I had to get my real estate agent involved to find a person at the company to talk to. They make up all sorts of rules to get out of paying any claims. They will tell you that you need a home inspection report and theres a waiting period even though the policy disclosures state effective date is the date the policy was purchased. They make no good faith effort to find you a tech (even though policy says within 2 hours), so you have to find a contractor on your own in an emergency situation. They intentionally drag out the process so you have to go a different route so they will deny paying anything because you had to find your own tech to fix or replace a unit. There is no way possible to exercise the benefits of this program. It took me SIX WEEKS to contact a human at this company to submit recipes, written diagnostics, invoices, etc from a contractor I had to procure on my own, because I couldnt physically submit a claim. I had to replace an AC unit and furnace that were both at end of life with mechanical issues - after submitting my documentation to them they submitted to their claims department but have YET to provide me a claim or reference number. They are doing everything possible to sweep this under the rug and not cover ANYTHING. BBB - I have full documentation of my attempts to call or submit a claim online and a full email thread with a contact at Cinch. They have done nothing to help me get a claim submitted or have tried to reimburse for ANYTHING. They have an internal process, but they intentionally make it impossible to enter into their process so they can deny your claims.

      Total scam. We had a tech come out to do an annual tune up of our AC and they said we had a leak and would likely need a brand new unit. So we then paid the $160 service fee for a Cinch tech to come out which took over 2 weeks after making the request. Then after another week got a denial letter saying we were denied due to pre-existing conditions. Wouldn't a pre-existing condition be a condition for all things that break! After being on hold for 3 hours, the customer ********************** rep was of no help and just deflected everything we said and said we couldn't talk to anyone else. Don't waste your money here!

      Cinch is the worst. Our washing machine broke and should have been covered under our warranty. We filed a service claim and was then told they have no one in the area to service it and we would have to find an independent repair person. When I asked to be compensated to buy a new appliance because they had no one to send out, I was told thats not their policy. Now my husband and I are stuck with a bad washing machine and will probably have to pay out of pocket for a new one

      Where do I start? Here is my story:6/28/2022: Submitted a claim for my refrigerator that was acting up 6/29/2022: Service pro company name: RESOLVE APPLIANCE SERVICES LLC Service pro phone number: (786) XXX-5420. Scheduled an appointment for July 4. I called them and confirmed that they were coming on July 4 - national holiday. Yes, yes we will be there 7/4/2022: Received email from service provider - they recheduled the appointment for 7/8 7/8/2022: They didn't show up 7/13/2022: They came, and replaced the relay starter - Refrigerator broke down 2 hours later 7/14/2022: Had to throw away food - rescheduled appointment with service provider 7/15/2022: Appointment rescheduled - they didn't show up 7/16. 17. 18. 19: no refrigerator - service provider ordered parts 7/19: Canceled the claim, bought a new refrigerator, cancelled the home warranty Moral of the story: do not do business with this company. It's a nightmare to ge through customer ********************** and talk to a human. Service provider in this area is unprofessional.

      I've been a customer of Total ********************************************* for over 9 years and never had problems with claims until Cinch Home Services took over. I filed a claim for a/c repair 7/7/22. The tech came on 7/11/22 and stated that the evaporator coil had a leak and he had to submit a report to the warranty company. The next day he told us the claim was rejected for improper maintenance and repairs would be $3100 (not covered). The contract I have didn't mention anything about maintenance. I cancelled my contract. Will never use this company or recommend it to anyone If I could give a zero star rating I would!

      They just need your credit card info, charge money with out service and never connect you with the live person. trying to reach them for my refrigerator and try to contact them, i dont know what to do? they charging contineously on my credit card.

      This company is a rip off and refused to pay the entire claim. Due to new size requirements could only fit a 40 gallon water heater in my attic. ( not the old 50 gallon that I had) Due to this the made an excuse that this change voided my warranty and would only pay $611 of the $1950 costs. ( really only $511 as I had to pay a $100 up front deductible.) Do NOT ever considered buying a Home Warranty from this company or ******* They will find a way to deny claims. When I tried to cancel my monthly service they threatened to take me collections to force me to stay for another 9 months.

      Unbelievably poor customer experience. Literally impossible to reach this company by phone. Have submitted three claim deductible deposits to have our dishwasher fixed, and they keep cancelling out the claim without notification.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I could have purchased a whole new set of appliances for the amount I paid this company over the years. I need two burners on my gas range fixed. I tried to get in touch via their web address but reached a stone wall after a certain point. They said my password was incorrect and promised to e-mail me my password but never did. Like others, I phoned but was kept hanging on and on although they promised the wait at most would be 20 minutes. Their 'chat' is no better, whoever was on the other end informed me that he was with another group and couldn't help then suggested I phone the # that I had earlier hung up on. At one point they told me they didn't have anyone who covers my area, yet they continue to take my money. I will get the people who supply my gas to fix the problem and DUMP them.
