  Excellent experience. we suspected a mold problem and ****** had it diagnosed, found where the problem was (and wasn't) and what was needed to remediate. He did not pad the work and delivered exactly what he said plus a few nice touches that showed they care. High-level work, great suggestions, totally reliable, easy to work with them.

  *** from J&R Restoration and his team did a great job in handling our flooded condo as we were ***** miles away. Our unit was dried out, cleaned, painted and carpeted, making a very stressful situation more manageable. *** kept us informed and responded quickly to our questions. His contractors were very professional in the quality of their work and we were made whole again as a result. I definitely recommend J&R Restoration.

  We had a mold all over our apartment. **** did an excellent job with mold remediation. He and ****** were thorough, easy to work with and were accommodating to our needs. I must compliment **** and ****** on a job well done. They were exceptional.

  I recently had a really difficult Tenant and water issue at their unit. J & R made my experience so simple and easy through their professionalism, fast, follow up, working with me and informing me what’s in my best interest and just super timely. I’m so grateful I was referred to use them they were absolutely wonderful. 100% recommend.

  A mold problem caused me to call several companies. From the start I was impressed by *** and ***** consummate professionalism and especially their mutual respect. Seeing how *** allowed his **************, to size up the job and outline their plan told me a lot about ***** Restoration. It told me a lot about character which told me a lot about their company. The crew they sent to remediate the mold was top notch. I knew I could trust their recommendation for a roofing company. I liked that they needed clearance from a mold inspector before they rebuilt the walls and that they came to inspect the job before asking me to pay. The entire job met and exceeded our expectations. As I said, thoroughly professional.

  I needed fast service to restore my mother's condo in **********. *** with J&R not only called me to discuss what services I needed but made sure the work was done quickly and professionally. There was no question as to the scope of the job because *** sent me a detailed list. He also stayed in touch with my local contact as the job progressed. His office staff was also great at communicating with me and following up with items requested by the condo board. I highly recommend this company. This is a trustworthy team.
