This place is terrible!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!! First of all we were told that we would receive updates from the moving company as to when we were going to receive our items. That did not happen, my husband and I had to contact the moving company and the broker Nimbus relocation services several times, with no answers. We still don't have our stuff and it's been almost a month. No one knows anything and we don't receive any calls backs after we leave messages. We literally do not know when we are going to receive our stuff which makes it difficult to plan and set up our new home.

We sincerely apologize if you feel there has been a lack of communication during the process of this move. We understand how this may have effected you as a customer and how it could have increased stress. I see that your first available delivery date was the 1st of June, unfortunately that means that we could not start delivery until that day. The standard spread for a delivery over 2000 miles will take anywhere from 7-21 days per DOT. After reviewing call logs I see that we've answered/returned every call incoming from this number.  Here at Nimbus, we strive to provide exceptional customer service from the first call, all the way through the delivery. We strive to make every customer happy and are disappointed you are not satisfied with your experience thus far. We appreciate the feedback and will work on increasing the communication with customers from this point. Again we sincerely apologize for your experience and will make sure that you're provided with excellent service during the rest of your moving process. Please feel free to provide more information to *******************************************

The estimate almost doubled from the initial conversation to a second call a couple of days before the move even though I didnt add any furniture or boxes. When I asked for a receipt (May 6) they provided a hand written bill with illegible numbers and no indication it was paid in full. I emailed, texted, and called until May 29 until I finally spoke to them on the phone and they said Id need to get it from the trucking company. I do not recommend.

I apologize for any stress or inconvenience you have faced during your relocation process. We do our best to keep everything simple and easy to understand. We provide our customers with moving estimates based on the volume of the inventory list they provide us. On the day of the move if there are an cubic feet ,items or details not listed the ******* onsite will provide you with a revised estimate to properly move the items. ***************** is the department we have in place to make sure that on the day of the moving there are no surprises or changes in the price. During your call with ****************** it was discussed that your needed to reserve and additional 159cf and $40 for special picture packing. You signed off, paid and agreed on the changes. When the movers got there there were no further additional cubic feet that needed to be charged for. A stair fee of $125 was the only fee that was needed to be added onsite. You guys signed, paid and agreed to the updated Bill of Lading. After delivery was completed you requested an invoice showing everything you paid. Per your request we emailed you all of your shipping documents. You did mention you had some difficulty reading the writing which is when I advised you to contact the carrier's office directly so they could review your documents with you. We are fully compliant with all DOT laws and guidelines. No part of your move was overcharged or wrongly priced. Everything was done by the book and all of your onsite paperwork was signed off, and delivery was swift.  Please feel free to provide any additional information to ******************************************.

Fraudulent liars! There were very nice until you have a dispute. They write a contract and then when movers come they give you all kinds of additional charges! They said we would have 30 days free storage. I asked how that works as it was a move across country. Come to find out the delivery truck/ moving company sends us threatening text to send our stuff back and process fees. After giving us no time to set up our own storage from across the country because we will not be there til mid summer. I had to get relatives to meet them and they gave us two unreasonable times to deliver and broke one of my unique expensive chairs!!!! This is only a small part of the absolute awful and stressful things during this process. This business should be shut down for the criminal practices! I would give 0 stars or less but you have to pick one !

I apologize for any stress or inconvenience during your relocation process. We always strive to make the relocation process as easy and smooth as possible. After looking into your file further, I see that we have honored our policy of up to 30 days of free storage, the carrier called to ask if you'd like to be delivered on their available schedule as we came closer to the final days of free storage to avoid paying a second month and you elected to do so. There wasn't any charges for storage, your price change stemmed from an increase in inventory totaling 75 cubic feet and $115 in additional packing because you didn't adhere to all packing requirements listed in previous emails. The packing was needed to ensure safe transit for your items. Our company does not engage in fraudulent activities, we work hard to ensure all of our customers have successful moves. Again, we apologize for the experience you had. All things considered, this move was a success and delivery was swift. We have provided you  the claims information for your broken items.

The company is a predatory mover. When we contacted this Nimbus, we spoke with M***. We chatted and he was consistent about gaining my trust. When it came to getting a quote, I spent 2 hours walking from room to room, meticulously listing each and every item; giving the type of item, size, and measurements. When M*** gave me the estimate, I worked with him to get the price adjusted and he even gave me a veteran's discount. Once we got closer to the pick up date, M*******, who was with quality assurance, called my wife to go over the inventory one last time. During the discussion, M******* increased the price of the quote saying that, despite my initial meticulous inventorying, the sizes weren't correct; that we would have to pay for the initial employee's mistake of misquoting. M******* then gave my wife an ultimatum: accept the new price of approximately $2000 for an additional 218 cf or they will not pick up our items. My wife and I are moving out of state, and are closing on our house (from which we were selling) in two days. So, we felt obligated to continue. Then on moving day, when the movers arrived, they increased the price an additional $2000 because of the same reason-- the movers said that they finally saw the items and that they were going to take up more space than what was quoted. So, ultimately, my wife and I were left without a choice and had to pay an outrageous price because of the company's predatory activities; they lowballed the initial price, use high-pressure tactics, make unexpected charges, and are very deceptive. I hope they get sued. I'd be happy to work with whomever towards filing a joint lawsuit if interested.

When the movers arrived onsite at the pick up location, they discovered an additional 430 cubic feet(total 2100cf). There was also a lot of packing that was necessary to properly transport the items. Together with the carrier we were able to provide a concession of $662 to help you out. Onsite, you agreed ,paid, and signed off on your final revised Bill of Lading.  We are fully compliant with all *** regulations  and guidelines. I am still in this very poor experience for me and am currently being passed around this company and people refusing to put me in contact with someone that can truly resolve issues and make things right. The service when I decided to go with this broker was great. ******* and ***** were good but their promise to see this through is not true as when I call for help I am passed to ****** in Customer Service whom has not been able to get things straight or follow through on his word to make things right and get back to me. Whether it came out of Nimbus or Azimuth pocket he would get back to me. He will "put on his Superman cape and make sure I'm happy" . On the day of my move 2 moving companies showed up from Nimbus and it took an hours to resolve then an hr move took 4 hrs. They kept thinking I cared about paying more for my stuff if I went over on space however it wasn't the cost I'm very intelligent and literate. It was their behavior and attitude towards me. People talking around and about me in another language. The managers at Nimbus CS and Azimuth making promises they won't honor. I still don't have my things. I was promised my items would be stored in NC not CO and I don't know where they are now. Thousands of dollars have been spent and I don't have my stuff, my storage time that was offered for 30 days has been wasted as I was told I could use it in NC but they stored my stuff in CO. PLEASE PULL ALL THE TAPS FROM MY CALLS AND CONVERSATIONS AS YOU SAY THEY ARE RECORDED AND LET ME SPEAK WITH THE RIGHT PERSON!!! LISTEN TO THE PROMISES QND FOLLOW THROUGH MOST IMPORTANTLY WHERE IS MY STUFF, MY LIFE FOR ALL THESE YEARS

The friendly voice that we first heard at Nimbus, was K____. She made us feel like we could trust her, trust Nimbus..Unfortunately, we quickly found out that she made errors on our inventory, and the company made us pay for her mistakes. M____, at Nimbus whom is from quality assurance told us, "people make mistakes" and offered us no remedy other than that we needed to pay almost $2,000.00 more than our original quoted price in order to continue with the move, and that our initial payment would not be refunded. He was insulting, rude, arrogant and extremely pushy, involving scare tactics even. The bottom line is that many of these moving companies that we look up on the internet are not even moving companies at all. They are rather, BROKERS, and they are definitely out to get their piece of the pie just for bringing together the customer & the real movers together.. PLEASE, do your due diligence and make sure the company you are calling are an actual moving company and Not a broker, and a good amount of them are just that, brokers!ALSO, a reputable moving company will do a in-person inspection of your belongings, or I would hope minimum a video view. Not doing a visual inspection is how they getch'ya! It's a known tactic on how they bump up your price.

I apologize if your moving experience was anything less than satisfactory. We always go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. We are always upfront about being a moving brokerage. There's a lot of benefits to going with a moving broker. I would also like to point out that ***** is one of our best Sales reps. She's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and solid moving estimates. She always makes sure to take her time when explaining how everything works to her customers. With that being said , you were provided a moving estimate based on the inventory list provided by you. At the point of reservation its common for customers to not have the inventory list finalized, because most moves are booked 1-3 months in advance and the inventories tend to change or need to be updated. That's why we have the quality assurance department. Their job is to finalize your inventory and send it to the carrier. During your quality assurance call when ***** added in all of your additional items. He went over with you the additional space needed to move everything and the cost. You then elected to revert to your original estimate. I was looking at your signed paperwork from pick up and the volume the carrier charged you for was the same as what ***** advised. Again we apologize for the experience you had. All things considered , this move was a success and delivery was swift. Worst moving company ever and will take them to court to get my money they stole from me. Buyer beware and the contract you sign please read it as their agents over charge you as well. Please dont use this horrible company. **** and ***** was my agents.

    Nimbus Relocation Services LLC

    Date: 05/08/2024

I'd like to start by saying that we did not steal your money. You paid a $1260 deposit to us to reserve  and coordinate the move for you. Your deposit locks in your rate and availability. You also signed off on our cancellation policy on 3/13/2024, which allows you 3 days to cancel for a full refund. You asked us to cancel the move on 5/2/2024 via email, that's about month and half after signing the cancellation policy. I spoke with you and told you that your deposit is nonrefundable and offered you discounts to help out us move forward together. Your move has been cancelled out and the deposit is still nonrefundable and you have a moving credit with us for $1260 for any future relocation with us.

Extremely rude text responses when I said we would not be securing anything with them at this time. My first and only message was short and concise but polite. ****, the moving coordinator, didnt even wait five minutes before sending me a string of texts that were rude. Showed their true colors and Im glad he did. Will not be considering them in the future.
