    SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS.They will promise you X, Y ,Z and under quote you. When you cancel they will not send any refund of deposit even within 24 hours of making the reservation. They send fake emails to cover up. "****" "******" "******" are all fake names. The good reviews you see are fake to entice you about your move.RUN, tell them to FK OFF if they call you.

    This company has very dishonest business practices. At first when the problems began, I thought it was incompetence but now I realize they intentionally deceive people. My husband and I moved from ******, ** to *********, ** and sought to hour moving help due our back condition. We searched on the internet for a moving company that would do out-of-state because many of the local companies we contacted didnt do this type of move. So we ran across a website, a company that connects people with available movers. Shortly after the search. I received a call from Nimbus Relocation services. The original salesman (*******************) was very pleasant and knowledgeable that I proceeded to tell what our moving needs were. We talked for a while and he then took down the items we needed moving. He spoke to my husband also, who was careful to tell him the items we needed moving. ***** sent a few updated emails as we spoke any needed changes on out moving list. We also were contacted by ***************************, who was supposed to finalize the final items before paying the move deposit.We thought everything was squared away only to find out something very different the day before our move. BEWARE!!!

    I apologize for any any stress or inconvenience during your relocation. We always strive to make the relocation process as easy and smooth as possible. ***************** is the department that finalizes the inventory not ***************** During your ***************** with ****** ,you elected to revert to your original estimate. After looking into your file further, I see that on the day of the move your price did not increase, you were only charged for your original estimate. You agreed to the price and signed the Bill ** Lading which has a full breakdown of the price on it. I find it highly unfair to receive a one star review  because your price didn't change and you were delivered in a timely manner. Again we apologize for the experience you had. All things considered , this move was a success and delivery was swift. Please feel free to provide more information to ******************************************.

    This company was reported to the bbb and I will be sending in this to the local ******* news this company is a scam they have no actual location and use third parties to pick up youre belongings and steal youre items and charge you 5 times the amount

    I apologizes for any headaches or miscommunications, we always go above and beyond to make sure that our customers receive top tier service. I'd like to begin by saying ,we are NOT a scam company. We are a moving broker and have been upfront about that from the very beginning of our communications. We do not claim to own trucks , we work closely with a roster of reputable carriers, that do great work and are fully DOT compliant. Upon review we see you signed your Bill of Lading, this is a legal document that acknowledges the broker-carrier agreement. By signing your estimate, you  agreed that on the day of the move if there are any cubes items or details not listed the carrier will provide you with a revised estimate so that they can properly move those items. Also 72 hours after signing ,the deposit becomes nonrefundable. When the carrier arrived at the pick up location, the ******* found that the inventory you provided was inaccurate. You actually had 1000 cubic feet that needed to be moved instead of the original 300cf. When he revised the estimate for you, you refused service. Even after the crew got kicked out of the property they still waited before going on to the next job while our office spoke with you and offered discounts to help remedy the situation.

    I am happy to share my experience with this company. From start to finish, their service was impeccable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.****, who guided ** throughout the moving process, deserves special recognition. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He guided us through every step of the way, explaining all the intricacies of the move and patiently addressing all our questions (to be fair there were many). What really stood out was his genuine empathyhe listened to our needs and ensured that every question was answered comprehensively. ****'s effort to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience was evident from the very beginning.The move itself was flawless although my parents forgot to list a few things on the inventory. He answered the phone on a Saturday to help us out. The furniture was transported from ***** to ***** without a single hitch. I made sure to wait until the furniture arrived before leaving this review to ensure I could be as accurate as possible. Now that everything is in place, I can confidently say that this company is very good. Their commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart from the rest.With individuals like **** helping the process, you can trust that your belongings will be in the best hands possible. Thank you, for making my parents move, a stress-free experience!
