      I went to your *******, ** store with receipts #VPVTPAAPQX36E8EEE and #VPVTPAAU3X35M8EEE and one of the self service copiers was broken and the other copier the feeder tray did not work. There was no full service facing at this store and the only Manager their stated he was not a copy service employee and could not work the copy section of the store but proceeded to help other customers but myself at the copy section of the store. There was a long line where I had to wait ***** minutes for self service and your facing technology was very slow and old. There was nobody available to check me out when I left the store and I was informed the copy service tion of the store was closed due to low staffing on a Friday. You need to fix your equipment and if you cannot find employees you need to pay more to staff your store to make money. I would think if you staff your store you can make a very profitable copy service department with minimal equipment. The state was very dirty and dusty and has not been cleaned in months due to poor staffing. I am requesting a $10 gift card to compensate me for issues in the store and hope that you turn the above store quickly so it is a clean and pleasant place to stop at this store and shop there again. Thanks in advance for your response regarding my shopping trip on 2-16-2024 at 6-7 pm.

      To whom it may concern:In July of 2022, i purchased a Macafee subscription thru Office Depot for two years thru July 2024.I have made calls as well as reached out to the tech support at Office Depot.Tech support advised me that it is a liscencing agreement with Office Depot.In the meantime, my service protection is comprimised.I spoke to a customer at the 800 number and had no luck.The Tech support people said this could go on for weeks.I am seeking full restoration of my macafee service and extension for two more years.The quality has deteoriated for years at Office Depot. It is off shore and a nusance for customers I am a 30 year customer.This service is the worst of any service organization i have experienced.

      December 4, 2023 I ordered a toner cartridge for $170.73. It was delivered damaged. I purchased another toner on December 7, 2023 because the original order was damaged. I notified Office Depot concerning the damaged toner. They told me one of their drivers would be by to pick it up. The driver did not show to pick up the damaged toner. I emailed Office Depot asking when they would be picking up the damaged toner. Office Depot picked up the damaged toner approximately December 12, 2023. My current invoice was paid in full. I did not pay for the toner ordered on December 7, 2023 because there should be a credit applied to my account for the damaged toner. My account should have a $0 balance due.On January 22, 26, February 5, 7 and 8 I either chatted or talked to a customer service rep looking for the credit to my account for the damaged toner. Each time I was told a supervisor would be contacting me. I'm still waiting for a supervisor. On February 8, **** Office Depot sent an email stating they would forward the request to the special-order team. I'm still waiting to hear from them.Currently late fees of $29.00 and finance charges of $4.40 have been added to my account. The balance due on my account is $170.73 with a credit due of $170.73 so the balance due should be $0. I have been asking for a credit to be applied to my account and the late fees and finance charges corrected. This has been going on for 2 months. Office Depot sold a damaged product, picked up the damaged product and needs to apply the credit for the damaged product. I have been unable to get this problem resolved with Office Depot.

      I ordered something from Office Depot on February 8th and they shipped it out on February 10th. Office Depot says I would receive it on February 13th and I still haven't received anything. THE order number is 354139246-001 and the tracking number is **********.

      I purchased a desk online from Office Depot. They left it on the 1st flr. of our building. We live on the 3rd. If we had not gone out that day we would not have known it was there. It did not fit so I called to return it. Set the 2 pieces of the desk out with the number on both pieces to be collected. They only took 1, I've had to call at least 8 or 9 times and went to the store in person before the 2nd piece was finally collected on 1/16. We were told they would get it on 1/23. Each time I've called which is at least 7 or 8 times, I've been told y refund is being processed, it's been escalated, etc. I called on 2/9 and was told it was put in my account at 7:20 a.m. Nothing. I written corporate...nothing. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had not to mention, I have never had to work this hard for a refund ever. I'd like my money and a sincere apology for all of this headache and stress to first get it all picked up and then for having to go through all of this to get my money back. I want my refund!!

      I have ordered software through the Office depot website, while I was in the process of an option showed up to select Windows or Mc platform, I have selected the Windows option and requested a physical delivery to my address. When I finalized the order I realized that the software was for Mc, so I have tried to terminate the transaction and redo it. Unfortunately it was too late. So, by reading through the return policy I understood that once I have received the product I can take it to any of their stores to return it. I have waited several days then I called them. their answer was since it was an online order it can't be returned. The receipts attached shows that it was a physical delivery, not a download. I tried to call their customer service several times, and every time I ended up with someone who was have difficulty with the language or understanding the online ordering process all together. I don't want their software, I didn't download it and I will do my best to avoid doing business with Office Depot form now on, I just want my money back.

      I purchased two packs of packing peanuts on February 1st. It was supposed to be delivered February 6th. On the 6th I get a phone call from a shipping company I've never heard of, ****, saying they have my shipment and they're looking to schedule a delivery. I attempted to do so only to discover they had no small delivery vehicles capable of dropping off my packing peanuts. All they had available was an 18-******* truck which wasn't capable of accessing my apartment complex. They then asked if I was capable of driving over 50 miles to either pick up my items or arranging a meeting somewhere else, which I was absolutely incapable of doing so. They then informed me that they'd be shipping the items back to Office Depot. I informed Office Depot of this, and they have deliberately jerked me around regarding refunding me. They have either tried to pass the buck off on ****, saying they talked to **** and said all was good and a delivering was being rescheduled... which it wasn't. I've talked to **** multiple times over the phone this week and every time they said they were incapable of delivering my items and would be shipping them back which they did on Wednesday. All I want is my refund, nothing more and nothing less.

      I purchased tax software from Office Depot online and selected the software download option on 2/1/24. When no download email was sent after waiting 1/2 hour, I called customer service to inquire and was advised it would take 4-5 days for the link to be sent. This should be nearly instantaneous and no notice was given it would take this long when making the purchase. I cancelled with the agent and stated I would purchase the ** at the local store, which I did on same day. I was advised I would not be charged and would receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days. A few days later received an email stating the purchase was non-refundable. I called **************** again on 2/6 and spoke with another agent. He advised the complaint was submitted incorrectly and he would resubmit with correct information, again that I would not be charged. At this point the charge was processed on my CC, and he stated it would be refunded. On 2/9 I again received an email stating the charge could not be refunded and was quoted their policy on the website so I called again to dispute. Spoke with an agent who offered to have her Supv. contact me. She called while I was away from my phone and stated in voicemail that "since I was unavailable I would have to call back to their Service number". I am disputing this charge on my account and want to advise BBB of their unacceptable ***** ******** I promptly contacted them to cancel the purchase before it was provided, they stated I would not be charged, and have received no satisfaction whatsoever, only a run-around.

      On January 26, 2024, I purchased the HR Block Tax software program online from Office Depot. I was informed the program would be delivered electronically. I never received the email containing the program. I chatted online with a rep on Jan. 27, 2024. Still no resolution. My order number for this transaction was 350000312-001. I was charged $42.39. This program was never received. I then ordered it a second time on Feb. 3, 2024. The order number for this transaction was 353631004-001. I was charged another $42.39. I called on the evening of Feb. 3, **************************************************** the following morning. I never heard from a supervisor, therefore I called back on Sun, Feb 4, 2024. ******* hung up on me. I called back Mon, Feb 5, 2024. This representative said that he would submit a ticket for a refund request and I should hear from a supervisor within ***** hours. I have still not heard back from a supervisor. At this point I would like to request assistance with securing a refund for each of the purchases I made because I never received the tax program, and have since ordered it directly from the HR Block website. I would like to request a refund in the amount of $84.78 for the two transactions I made to purchase the tax program I never received.

      I received an email from Office Depot on 2/4/2024 stating I earned $0 rewards. That email was promptly followed by another stating I was enrolled in a free trial of their Business Select program and would be charged $49 monthly following the free trial period. I have not purchased anything from Office Depot in months nor have I ever enrolled in Business Select. I phoned their customer service line and was left on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I then attempted to contact them through their chat line and received an automated reply that the emails I received were sent in error. I would like someone from Office Depot to contact me to confirm that I am in fact not enrolled in Business Select and that I will not be charged a recurring monthly fee.
