      On August 29, 2024, I placed an order for a new laptop intended for my college course, selecting in-store pickup at a nearby location. The total cost of the laptop was $488.25, which I paid; however, I discovered that my debit card was charged twice for this transaction. I attempted to reach customer service but received inconsistent responses from various agents. I was informed that a hold was placed and that the charge had indeed been duplicated. This double charge has placed me in a difficult financial situation, and I am requesting a prompt reimbursement.

      Thank you for forwarding our customers review.  We have reached out to the customer as well as the store location directly regarding this matter.  We looked into this further and can confirm with that duplicate charge in the amount of $488.24 was a soft hold placed on the customer's account.  According to the card-issuing bank's internal guidelines, the hold will be released, and the funds will be available again within 7-10 business days.  However, in most cases, this process occurs sooner.

      Purchased item# Item #****** gray chairs that show in stock and still show in stock. After sometime, someone from the warehouse said those chairs are not in stock and wanted to change it to a different chair Item#****** to which they said the only difference was the color was black. I said as long as the price stayed the same. They said it would. Sometime later they wanted approval to charge more per chair. I"m still trying to get the chairs at the price they promised. The original chair I ordered still shows in stock so i believe its a bate and switch.

      I order several ink cartridges on July 29th ***** after the cartridges arrived I saw that they were the wrong ink cartridges. I returned the ink cartridges on August 10th. They actually had *** come and pick up the cartridges. They were not open and returned back to the company. I have been trying to get a refund in the amount of $731.17. The is what I paid for the ink cartridges. I only want a refund for the ink cartridges. I received confirmation that they got the cartridges back and it said I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 business day. It has now been 12 business day and I have not received my refund. The store here in ****** say they can't refund my money and the manager said he has no control over the warehouse orders.

      I placed an order with them numerous times and the order was supposed to be Next Day Delivery, but it was not. This time I ordered a scale, because ours in the warehouse went down. The Next Day Delivery is the only reason I ordered from them. Because they didn't deliver on time, my warehouse was shutdown for a whole day. I'm seeking compensation for the late delivery.

      I just visited your ************* location located at ****************************************************************************. I was directed to your self-serve copy machine for the 5 copies I needed. You had two employees behind the copy desk, both doing nothing. They were both playing games or texting on their phones. I spent way too long trying to get your stupid copy service to work all while two employees were steps away. A girl by the name of ****** was rude and arrogant. She has a very poor attitude and when I asked for help, she actually told me all I had to do was learn to read. I could not believe that your copy professional would be so rude as to attack me verbally. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I told her to drop the attitude and to do her job which was to help customers by serving them. She then gave me more attitude at which point I yelled out for a manager. Even your manager was almost worthless. She allowed your employee to sit there and argue with me till I started to record the incident with my phone. She (******) then walked away and got on her phone to someone. The manager did ******'s job and produced the 5 copies at which time the district manager showed up (************). He was poorly helpful and allowed that employee to come back out and address me again with an attitude. You have got to be kidding. Fire them all. My family and company will not use you again. Hire better people and don't give clients an attitude. I had a hard time getting simple names from your manager and district just to file a report. This is absurd.

      I ordered ink fro Office Depot on August 21, 2024. I received shipping confirmation on August 23, 2024. On August 29, 2024 it had not arrived. I checked the tracking. It said this: Your shipment has been canceled The carrier has canceled delivery. If this was done in error, please contact us.Items In This Shipment CRTDG,INK,CYN Quantity: 1 SKU #****** I called the Office Depot 800 number. I could not get a person on the line. I checked my credit card online and it had been charged.

      Placed order online 8/23/24 - order number 383558659-001 for printing services $512.32. I have $100 in depot dollars that were supposed to be applied at checkout. It was not redeemed so I contacted Office Depot customer service. The *** said that they placed an escalated ticket on my behalf. I have not yet heard back and today I have been on hold for over ******************************************************************************* on hold "to review the matter."

      Date of transaction: 8/23/24 I went online to get a quote to fax from Office Depot. The quote was $18.24 for 14 pages. So I go to Office Depot and deposited $25, but when I entered # of pgs 14 the fax machine said I had to deposit $50 which I did. I was immediately refunded for my initial $25 deposit. After I faxed 14 pgs I was charged $*****, almost $10 more than quote. But my bank acct reflected $50 deposit but not the actual charge of $*****. Store employees say it takes 3-5 days for the correct amount $***** to show up and Ill be refunded the difference between $50 deposit and actual cost of *****. Why is Office Depot holding deposits for 3-5 business days? This is unethical and should be criminal for a major corporation to hold a customers funds for several days.

      I contacted my bank regarding this dispute, and the bank, Frost Bank, is actually holding my deposit. I was required to pay a deposit for the service, and they take the cost of the service from the deposit and then hold the remainder of the balance. I don't know why they're allowed to do this when it's my money they're keeping for an extended period. This should be illegal to keep customers funds for an extended period with no explanation as to why other than the transaction was on a Friday, which they consider a weekend day, so I thought my funds would be released on Monday 8/26/24, but a bank representative told me it should be any day now. I don't know why banks are allowed to do this because it ties up my funds.

      I purchased a Realspace Desk Riser from the Austell store, #****, Invoice # ************* for ****** on 08/15/2024. The riser was defective, I called the online support and was instructed to return the item to the store. I returned the item in person to the store on 08/24/2024. There were unable to complete the refund due to some type of computer error. They called support and they were unable to do anything as well even though I had the receipt and an online account. I finally gave up and left the item in the store after 45 minutes and the on-duty manager saying there was nothing more they could do.
