    It took over 2vweeks to get my service up and running. I be leave there were many reasons to cause this. I spoke with many ***resentives and management. I was either directed to a different area given wrong numbers or hung up ***** I finally used their chat service spoke with a live agent about my problems Seriously it took over 2 weeks to get my service. My complaint goes as follows:Customer Service 1. Changing my account number& plan I never asked for that I was to get originally the unlimited plan for (3) months 2. Rude ***resentatives. Who argues or over talks when your speaking to them when you have an issue 3. I was being told the wrong information many times. 4. Tickets, I had ticket dbe due to this when I was told t was to take 24 hrs then I could call back see what the solution was. When I did they acted like there was no ticket eventually I got them to look it up. Really! Wow no one wanted to help me the whole reason of this ticket was cause the last *** who changed my plan even my number I didn't ask for it and it happened. So when I complained I asked due to the fact I had my service paid for I wanted an up grade on my plan and add a line . Never happened. Not to include hours I tell you took place with this what was to be simple. In particular agent Gaza I think his name is heckling me trien to write a ticket again to but get service. That would if made 3 weeks. Not happy even I told him I do not want you writing a trouble ticket. I did not ask for that your last ***resentative hung up on me it was to be unlimited and I was to get a number change and an up grade and waive my first month. None of thishappened... I'm not impressed I told the ***resentives that I would file this complaint on him and everyone else due to the ignorance and treatment of this companies issues All I wanted was a complete upgrade and that other line I think this is us ultimately the be worst of company to go threw.

    Good afternoon, I am not sure how this company located or got my information, but I Did not authorize this transaction. I have tried to look up information to locate a number that I would be able to contact, however there is no phone number. Can you please help me with this matter in contacting this company and canceling any subscriptions they may have so that there are no further debits from my account.     I wased charged for a purchase that I never ordered and have made several attempts to contact the merchant via email with absolutely no response. They do not have any other means of contact listed.

    The website claims that it can find the location of a phone number using GPS or some type of tracking. I purchased it. They charged additional fees that I did not expect. All fees they charged were not disclosed beforehand. I entered my phone number to see if the site worked. It didn't work, was completely inaccurate. Ultimately, I was charged for a service I didn't receive. I asked the company for a refund and was told no because I used it. (I only tested it with my phone number.) I disputed the charge on my credit card and they told my bank I didn't request the refund within the refund period. I requested a refund literally within 5 minutes of signing up.

    Click Search has a satisfaction guarantee but does not respond to emails and the phone number listed on its website is inactive. I requested a refund of $60.80 on May 26, 2023, and followed up on June 2, 2023, but never received a response. I also requested Click Search remove my information from its website due to personal safety concerns regarding being stalked online on May 26, 2023, and followed up on June 2, 2023. Click Search has been unresponsive to this opt out request as well.

    At the end of January 2023, I noticed four different charges from Click Search deducted from my bank account, all of them on January 9, 2023. I did purchase the trial membership for $.95 but I called within that three-day time period to cancel. I was subsequently charged $9.95, $59.85, $89.85, and $69.63. My first call to Click Search customer service was on February 2, 2023. I was told that we would be hearing from the company in an email regarding a refund. I told the representative that we have been told that previously in multiple emails and she said that she would escalate the request and we would hear something Via email. Needless to say, we have made numerous calls and emails since that time only to be told the exact same thing we would hear from them in an email. I told them that my husband and I were both senior citizens on a fixed income and could not afford the total of $230.23 that we did not receive services for. Today, June 14, 2023 I called the customer service number at ********** and received a recording that the number was temporarily out of order. I am at my **** end trying to retrieve our money. Could you please help us get our money back from this company? We have multiple medical bills, my point being that we cannot afford to lose this kind of money, or any kind of money for that matter.

    On June 10th I used click search web site. It said that it cost 99cents. Well it took ***** out then took the 99 cent's out. I have been in contact with them for the past week and they keep giving me the run around. I just want my ***** back.

    Theirs site said it was a 3 day free trial for $.95 if you canceled within the 3 days you would only be charged the $.95 cents. I cancelled it the same day that I started the free trial because it wasnt what I thought it would be.On the same day I also asked them to FULLY REMOVED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THEIR WEBSITES .I bought a $0.95 search and on Feb 18, 2023. I'm being charged the following amounts, $19.95, $69.63, $.95, $69.63 and $89.95 within 20 minutes of $0.95 authorized purchase on Feb 17,2023.After canceling my subscription I did not received a receipt that details the search and that it is a monthly subscription and if I wish to cancel. I call and cancel in about an hour on the same day and the customer service rep. that I talk to told me that i would only be charge for $.95 cent. The email recieved from the company after my canceling my subscription. I've called numerous times but no response from this company.     I tried the trial service but it was canceled and then the next month they charged me $39.95. I didn't want all that because their service doesn't work like it's supposed to. I have send a week's worth of emails and no response. I called the number listed and it is disconnected. How am supposed to get a refund and I had my card replaced, so they can't even send it back to the card that they took it from.
