I placed my first online order at ************************** on 01/15/2025. My package arrived damaged, completely opened, and missing/damaged 5 out of 10 items despite the ****** drivers attempt to hide/deceive the condition the package arrived in. I contacted support and was told a refund was made. I never received the refund. I contacted support multiple times, on one occasion I was told it went back to my Bealls Credit Card, which I do not own nor have ever had one. It shows a return made as in store on my account. Nothing back to the card I purchased with. After a month of waiting, I decided to return the rest of the items. I was sent a prepaid label, I shipped the rest back, which was received and signed for on 03/12/2025 by Bealls. I have still not received my refund nor the shipping costs I paid back. I contacted Bealls customer support one last time, to which I was told to contact my card company as they had issued the refund on their end. I contacted my card company and asked if any pending refunds from Bealls order were issued, I was told no. I filed a charge back with my bank on 04/03/25 submitting all documents they requested. I was told by my bank a dispute wouldnt be possible to make if I had been refunded for the transaction. It now appears Bealls is trying to fight me on the charge back. I cant believe a company would do such a thing. This was my first ************************** online order. I paid $59.44, $10.99 of which was shipping. My order wasnt packaged properly or with care. I hate I ever placed an online order with **************************, as I cannot in good faith support this company anymore, in store or online. I am out $59.44, the items I ordered, and time lost going back and forth between this company.Business Response

On March 10th I mailed a payment by check to Bealls payment processing in *****************. This was to pay off credit card in the amount of ******. I have called 5 times to check the status of this as to why it has not been applied. I just get a run around answer. I see that there has been other complaints in this matter. Im suspecting fraudulent and non ethical practices about this company.Business Response

Sometime in 2024, I purchased a king size quilt set by Nautica Home from Bealls Outlet in ************ for $59.99. I never opened the quilt as I was debating the decor of my bedroom. After careful consideration, I felt I wanted a more coastal look and the quilt that I had purchased was more nautical. I no longer had my original receipt, so I was not expecting a refund, but rather a store credit. I thought I was being reasonable to expect a $30-$40 credit. I was shocked when the clerk told me it was now on clearance and they could only give me $3.69. I refused the $3.69 and said that I would rather donate the quilt to charity. I brought it back home and decided to do some research. I found several similarly designed quilts by Nautical in blue stripes sold at Macys and Bed, ****, and Beyond for $70-$80. I used to work in retailing and I know very well that Bealls would not have put the quilt back out on the shelf for sale at $3.69. They most likely would have attempted to sell it for the full amount of $59.99. I called their **************** number several times. No one ever answers. It goes to voice mail and asks you to leave a message for someone to call you back. I left a message and no one has called.Business Response

The contact I dealt with, *********, from Bealls **************** was very helpful and supportive in this matter. After checking into several details and having several phone conversations, ********* advised me that Bealls graciously and generously allowed me to donate the quilt that did not meet my needs and gave me a $50 store credit. I am more than pleased with this resolution and I will continue to be a loyal Bealls customer.

Bealls Charged my card linked to my bank they say it was autherized but it was absolutily Unautherized in a amount of $165.74 online chat stated I did not place any order for this amount on 03/15/2025 or any other dates for this amountin fact all my prior orders have cleared next day i called and was told the same thing from Bealls associate ,so how isit my bank was charged these fund stated it was autherized when I did not autherize or make a purchase? my card is not saved on my account there i was home all weekend my card was in only my poccession no other cards.I want it investigated and a real explanation on how this occured ***Business Response

Our investigation indicates that the guest attempted to place an order with the total of $165.74 around 2:35 pm. The order failed to complete(an error or decline message would have displayed on the screen), we reversed the pre-auth immediately and do this when an order cannot be successfully placed. Guest then tried another order for $131.52 at 2:39pm which was successful. Then she placed another order later in the day for $139.24 which was also successful.
The guest should only see settlement of $132.52 and $139.24 on her account.Initial Complaint

I was at bealls store 241 & store supervisor ***** had a nasty attitude. She had to be called to submit an override because I did not want store credit. She was rolling her eyes heavy breathing and threw the money in my hands. Not professional at all and no customer service skills whatsoever.Business Response

My complaint is the Bealls Florida division will not let you unsubscribe from promotional emails. In the email it says to click to go to a subscription manager. It instead goes to their main page and there is no such option. If you go to their privacy page it tells you to click here only there is no where to click. Opt-Outs. Skechers wide fit size 10 sneakers brought back to store Bealls ************************************* On Saturday January 4, 2025 appox. 11:30 am to register sales person, I told her that I had a defected sneaker and showed her the sneaker and asked her to replace same or like sneaker she checked computer for my phone # and she said it wasnt listed. I told her I have an account. She said do you want to see the manager I said yes. A Mr. ***** appeared he said he could not replace the sneaker but would give me $3.41 cents back. I said no the sneaker has a defect and should be replaced. I did not have a receipt But had the box it was bought in over a year ago. Even though the sneakers are a third party item the store sold them should be able to replace them of same or like sneaker.Business Response

I bought a puff jackets size 7 for a girl black blue grandeur from Bealls on ****************** 11/4/2024 when the child put the jacket on the sleeve lining come out but the store said they don't carry that ******* don't have a recipe but I have a bank statement. That's the store I always shop for her but not anymore.i under stand you are an outlet store and the good but I still need answers as to why staff and mangers say they don't carry that item,they told me to go to target. ***** Department Store advertises Senior Day with 15% off merchandise on Tuesdays on there website. They dont and its false advertising. They should honor there website or remove it!!Business Response

Bealls Florida discontinued the senior discount a little over 3 years ago. We sincerely apologize if a third party's site such as ****** has advertised the senior discount, but we do not have this information advertised on BeallsFlorida.com. We do have a loyalty reward program called Bealls Rewards that you can sign up for in store or online. Each dollar you spend you will earn a point. For every 100 points a $5.00 reward will be issued to you.
