      One month after work completed still do not have an inspection. First scheduled inspection postponed because they have insurance issue. 2nd inspection which I confirmed was never made by them to city. Attempts to verify scheduled inspection all met with no response. Wasted two work days so far waiting on an inspection that they cannot set up. Biggest run-around ever.

      Bought 10 Year warrantied Smoke/CO2 detectors (whole house replacement. First off the units they sold us were over $200 each (Home Depot has them for $24.00 each thus unscrupulous).. We had one go off at 02:55 this morning waking us and unable to get it to stop using all resources (Goggle search for reviews, etc.): not so good as they have issues with other customers. Next we called Mister Sparky (Ft Myers, FL) and were told that it wasn't an emergency (but we can't go into the owners suite to sleep, shower, dress, etc. ). We were told we had to pay a service call (expensive) and no one could get out to take care of this emergency as it is going off every <2:00 crazy (a ripoff). Do not use Mister Sparky it's Unreliable, Expensive and don't cover this warranted smoke detector 10 year warranty model. STAY AWAY FROM "MISTER SPARKY" Ft. Myers, Florida

      Unprofessional and unreliable company. We hired them to install are car charger and now every outlet on the backside of ********** no longer works. We asked them to come back out and take a look at it and the first time they didnt even show up at the scheduled time. They then showed up a few days later and tried to charge me $375 just to see what was wrong and claimed it was an unrelated issue

      Work Was Defective! Came Back For Warranty Addressed The Problem Left. Work Failed Again! Called For Warranty Same Failure! Scheduled Me From 2 To 6 Then Canceled Me Off Schedule! Expensive Servise!Poor Work!No Warranty!I Am 100% Disabled Veteran And Do Not ************************************************** Zero Rating! !

      Worst company ever!!! All I wanted was a pool timer installed that I provided. The Technician lied to my father who was visiting from *********. He told my father that everything was out of code and that me and my family were in danger. He said that my breaker box wouldnt pass inspection (even though it did 3 months prior for solar panels) he also said that he wouldnt charge me for the timer because I provided one but after going over the invoice I noticed the charged me $500 for a $70 timer. After everything was done I ended up paying $3200.00 for work that didnt need to be done. The Technician also told me that they needed permits to do this job when I mentioned that my neighbor was an electrician, but no permits showed up on the invoice! I have called several times to ask why I was charged for the timer that I provided but **** has not responded to any of my calls.

      **** 2 to charge me $1700. Almost eighteen to just fix a close in my laundry room for my dryer.

      They charged me $376 bucks to troubleshoot my electrical problem and then, on top of that, charged over $800 bucks to replace 5 outlets and 2 light switches. So nearly $1200 dollars for outlets and switches? Holy **** Batman.
