      My husband and I were very pleased with " Mister Sparky " ***************** The electrician **** was very professional, very helpful and kind. We are scheduling other electrical work with this Company again soon. ****** and ***************************** in ************, **.

      I received a quote for a car charging system to go in my garage. I waited all morning and called and they said that the tech, ***** was stuck on a job and would be at my home between 2-5. He never showed up. I called again and they said that ***** wasn't feeling well and they needed to reschedule. The next time frame on another day was between 2-5. I got a call from ***** on the scheduled date at 2:30 that they cannot do the job at the price quoted that the cable used in the estimate is 7 ft. and my job is 15 ft, and they wanted $500.00 more. ***** said that he has never had this problem before and has been with the company 10 years and the manager is on vacation and another manager will not honor the written quote. The dispatcher said that he had a sore throat and needed to go home. ***** said he hurt his foot. Mr ********************** has what looks like a great reputation. But they certainly messed up with me. I do not recommend ***** to write up a quote and will never use them.

      I called Mr. ********************** and got the answering service. They replied quickly back to me and I scheduled a service call within three days call . ************ Was on time clean and neat with identification and explained that I needed a new water heater element and that was it and I ordered the element and getting done. Thank you Mr. **********************.

      Beware!! They come to your house , look in your breaker box and say you need to Pay ***** for a new breaker or you will lose power in 6 months! Biggest scam ever! I feel bad for the older people who they use their scare tactic on!!I called the fire department after they left and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my breaker !

      Absolutely the worst! After flood damage, we were told it would be 48k to rewire a 1500 square foot home. All others quoted less than 20k.

      I had them out to find the issue with a tripping breaker. Changed out eight receptacles and one breaker, that another electrician said was the correct size for the box, but Mr. Sparky said it was too big. The original outlets had been backstabbed by another electrician and Mr. Sparky said that is very dangerous and a fire hazard. My own fault for not getting another opinion, but when faced with the idea of a fire in your home, you don't think logically. They charged me 1872.00 for this work. Have since found out this is a total rip off. Had them price out an electrical panel change for which they said I needed because the wiring was wrong. Another electrician said it was perfectly fine, and the box is only six years old. The estimate was for $12,000 from Mr. Sparky! I don't know how these people sleep at night. I want to warn other consumers to not use this company under ANY circumstances.

      They are terrible. Called in July to have a doorbell fixed paid $216 the next day the bell did NOT work called to complain, emailed to ask for help, NOTHING. We had to hire someone else and Mr. Sparky will not give us a refund or answer our calls, or emails. NEVER hire them
