1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. Reading through the reviews it seems as if everyone had the same experience as me. Took long to ship it out. Then coincidentally sat in the *** warehouse because it couldn't be delivered. When I contacted customer service I was told to contact the shipping company. By the time I contacted the shipping company it had already been shipped back to the seller. After communication back and forth I was told they could resend my purchase but would take twice as long as the original purchase. They didn't offer to reimburse me for my shipping. Which had been half as much as my order. For a "small company" with few employees you should really have better customer service and more empathy for the customers that are actually purchasing your items. After 14 yrs in service you would think you would have some better policies in place. And more employees to service all the requests. I bet if I was the water tok lady on Tik tok I would have gotten better service. I'll stick with Torani syrups and the packets.Review fromDana G

I ordered 4/16. I understand that you may have high demand, shipping issues (almost $13to ship), etc and yet you have no problem charging me and not responding to my customer support email on an expected delivery date. My product still has not shipped and I have NO WAY of getting my money back! Poor business practices kill businesses. Also, anyone who influenced this product, you are all a scam too!Skinny Mixes LLC

Please know that delays are noted in shipment and order confirmation emails, as well as in a pop-up at checkpoint before an order is placed. We are trying our best to notify our customers of delays and offer them the opportunity to cancel if they wish.
Our team responded to your email on 4/22 advising you of the shipping delay and we did not hear back from you at that time. Your order was shipped on 4/27 (tracking can be provided over email) and is set to be delivered to you within a few days.

Poor service! They do not ship when they tell you. Ive been told for days its because of tiktok that they cant ship. But they have made sure their influencers receive special care packages days after I and others placed and paid for the product. And try to sell you more product while theyve not shipped your first order. And shipping is high. I actually paid to have it shipped. And they cant seem to do so. They use people to influence you then when you purchase they use that as an excuse as to why your order hasnt shipped. **************** is nonexistent. You receive the same computer generated response with a different name attached each time. With the same excuse. We cant ship due to tiktok. But we will still push our product to you there. Im very disappointed and Ive yet to be refunded or have the product shipped. If I have to seek legal action I will.Skinny Mixes LLC

So far - not so good. I placed an order for 6 peach and 2 vanilla on April 5th, 2023 Order: #******* . I have not heard anything concerning when it was to be shipped. I paid for it through Pay Pal purposely so if there was a problem I could open a dispute. I have NEVER lost a dispute! I reached out on the website and got a dumb computer generated response that has absolutely NOTHING to do with my inquiry. So I came here to try to resolve it. If it is not resolved to my approval by April 17th,2023 I will be forced to open a dispute via Pay Pal. **********, ******* seems to be a haven for companies that jerk people around. I had a gooexperoence with my first order, but the second one?? Not so much. I recieved an email saying " Opps.." apparently my order was damaged in transit. That was more than three weeks ago. Ive attempted to see where the PAID FOR items are, when they MIGHT be reshipping...but no...NO WAY TO GET A RESPONSE. Be careful! Make sure you have tried this product before you order it. I was excited to find the product since my husband has diabetes so I guess I was a little over zealous in ordering. I ordered 6 bottles. Unfortunately these syrups are too sweet and have no flavor. All you taste is the sweet. I emailed customer service 8 days ago and all I received was an auto reply saying that they were busy due to the holidays and would respond as soon as they could. It's February! I decided to do some more research and located their return policy. Unfortunately this company does not stand behind their products and they do not offer any type of refunds. Buyer beware, always read the return police prior to ordering and only order one! That way you can decide if you like it before ordering more.Skinny Mixes LLC

There was an issue with the shipment and it was sent back long before it made it to me. The order status on their site is "fulfilled". It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order, I never received it or a refund and they haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them. 1 starI love the products and use them daily. Never had an issue until my last order. I place an order on the 10th so I wouldnt run out. Label created on the 17th, I waited nothing happened. I emailed.. nothing.. I emailed .. nothing.. I emailed.. nothing.. finally I found a phone number for the corporate office and the lady there was great, she emailed someone and they emailed me. At first they said the order was lost at there warehouse, would I like a replacement or a refund. I said I would like my product, could you overnight it because I am very low. Then it took three days for them to fill the order and another four days for me to receive it. Another email unanswered. I call corporate again, she says *** lost the package. Well *** ha no record of the package, you cant even dispute it with them, because they never received it. So they email me back and offer me $10 off for the inconvenience. I understand that it would have been costly to overnight, but you could have made the order a priority and made sure it was fulfilled next day and sent out. Not put in line behind orders already in line. Seeing how I have been waiting since the 10th. I think from now on I will order from elsewhere, I would rather pay a little more than go thru this again. This has jaded me. Customer service is a total joke. And there favorite line is we are a small company . I order from them once a month or every other month, spending atleast $90 every order. Skinny Mixes sent me half of my order, and yet claim that I have received all of it via their tracking. I have tried contacting customer service, and have had no response for 10 days. I will probably have to file a chargeback on my credit card. I really enjoy their mixes and have been a loyal customer for years.
