    Wish I wouldve read this before purchasing from the website. They have no urgency for the customers. They have no way to be contacted besides bots. I ordered and the delivery driver came to my house twice telling me I need to pay which I paid upon ordering. I tried to contact them multiple times through email a bot would message me back saying my items were delivered to my door which they were not. I tried calling their number doesnt work. I send them the email that I didnt have my package multiple times they would continue to say I received it. They would send the same email back to me. It has been an absolute hassle to get this resolved which they have no urgency to do so.

    I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience. You should not have been asked to pay for extra shipping costs. That is very odd and I sincerely apologize for the issue. I checked and can confirm that we did have an actual agent respond to you in order to get this resolved on 7/11.


    There are rare times when this issue has occurred in which we immediately refund the additional shipping cost from the original order once a physical receipt or request for payment has been sent to us (a screenshot or photo of the additional charge being requested from *** works!). As the tracking does not notate that a payment needs to be made, we were unable to see the issue when previously speaking with you.


    Due to all the confusion and inconvenience this situation has caused you, I have refunded your order in full. Please expect the replacement package to be delivered to you tomorrow, 8/1. Please reach out if you have not received the confirmation email in regard to this replacement.

    I wish I had come here first and read reviews before I handed my money over to this poor excuse for a company. Crazy that an influencer placed an order the same day I did and she only lives one state over from me. She received her order a week ago and mine is still sitting in Columbus with a tracking number but UPS has never received it. I have sent probably 5 emails and I get the same generated response. No one actually reads them obviously or you would not be asking me questions of things that I have literally sent proof of. I asked for a refund today but now doubtful I will get the product or the refund. They will never get my business again. Perhaps you should take care of your customers before your influencers and hire more freaking staff!!

    Wow. I wish I would have checked here before placing my order. No delay in charging my credit card. I placed my order on 5/11. I sent an email, just trying to get an idea of when it would be shipped. I got the same influx of orders email. When I click the tracking link they sent me, it shows delivered in ****. I dont live in **** so its the wrong tracking number. So they confirmed it didnt go out yet. Then I got the right tracking number and *** has no info as the order hasnt been created with them. I am starting to wonder if Ill Eve get my order. I havent asked for money back, but see that wont get me anywhere. I am a patient person, but its wearing thin (or should I say skinny).

    I have sent multiple emails regarding an order received that was not correct. I have yet to receive a response. The email was sent 5/6/23. I have since sent two additional emails following up on the lack of response. The company does not provide a customer service phone number to call making it very difficult for issues to be resolved. Shipping is also taking a very long time. You orders are not shipped in a timely manner sometimes taking 2+ weeks to ship. This company has proven terrible customer service and lack of urgency with customer satisfaction.

    Placed my order 4/30/********** days and still no shipment! No sense repeating what everyone else has already stated. Will never order again. I really think this is a money scam.

Please know that the entire shipping and customer service teams are working overtime to get packages out the door and respond to emails in the order they were received.

    I placed an order on 4/16/23 received shipment delay the next day with tracking number. Of course you cant track it until its shipped. I wait and the end of April or beginning of May I reach out and receive the computer generated response about only 20 employees and what not, I requested to cancel order they wouldnt cancel and suddenly my order was shipped. Said they cant do refunds once order has shipped to review their policies . I follow shipment it says its showing up and it doesnt. Then it said that *** sent to **** as a sure post and **** tried to deliver but I refused the package! First of all no one has ever came to my door and we were home all day. They said it was sent back but in another part of the tracking it states delivered! Im so angry right now bc they will not respond to any of my messages at this point! How is this legal? I paid for something weeks ago that I did not receive and cant get my money back

    I've placed my order like almost 3 weeks ago it still says order placed when I try to track shipping on the website and it shows a blank screen and will not show where my order is located I've emailed and all I got was a shipping delay email this will be the last time I purchase anything from this company I only ordered 2 syrups and they keep saying it arrives 1 to 5 business days it's been way past that very dissatisfied

    No surprise there are so many bad reviews. I contacted them because it has not even been shipped and they still wont let me cancel They tell me its past the point of in the process if you could and if you wanted to make a customer happy you would go in and pull my order. Its two bottles I understand theyve had thousands of emails due to the influx of a viral video on TikTok however maybe they shouldve put a better management system in place when that began. And like the other one star reviews they got they sent the same computer generated email over and over I did too again so theyre not really reading Another response from them in a review said that they only have 20 people maybe you shouldve hired more people when you got this huge influx and I find it highly unlikely that you cant go in the warehouse and pull my order from the shipping I will not order from here again and I meant it!!!!! Maybe you should take a break from working with influencers until you can get your orders caught up

    Ordered on 4/15/23 received delay notice on 4/17/23 received a package on 4/27 fast right, well I paid almost ****** dollars on an order I didnt even order! I ordered a customized bundle 12 bottles with 4 pumps, and a caramel sauce, what I got was only 12 bottles of syrups I didnt even order. I have tried several times and no response.
