      A&S Collections has called my family and friends asking for me by my maiden name. Inquiring that I owe a debt. They are invading my privacy and deliberately harassing my family and friends. I liked them up and apparently they have been shut down since 2017. I called the number they left with my ************ ************, which shows as an unknown number. I was not nice when I called and actually hung up on the representative. She called back my phone and told me I would be served in a couple weeks. Please look into this supposedly collection agency as I believe them to be a scam. Thank you *******************************.

      I have received numerous of threatening emails and phone calls from this scam company. They have tried to threaten me into paying a loan I didn't even apply for . When I asked them to provide the documentation showing that I borrowed from a loan servicer , I was sent with more settlement offers and got the run around . This is definitely a scam , and also if it's a legal matter with arrest you would be contacted via postal mail with document not email this company is a phony .

      8-16-2022 received an email from acs debt collectors with the domain name of gmail.com and the are trying to make me pay a settlement of 450.00 for an outstanding loan I never received

      I have been receiving threatening emails from ACS Inc claiming I took out a loan from one of their companies I have asked several times for copies or information as to which company where these funds were deposited the date and amount which bank they could not said they don't give that information asked me to pay 450$ to settle and close

      I am receiving threatening emails from ACS Inc claiming I took out a loan from one of their company and I will be taken to court I asked them to send me a signed copy of the contract and the total amount that I owe they told me they couldn't send me a copy and yet has to send me the amount of the loan they also said I could make a one time payment of $450 and the file will be closed they said I should make the payment using a Vanilla One gift card these people are scammers.

      I received an email from ACS Legal Services re: an outstanding debt, a supposed warrant out on me and offering a settlement. I requested further info, but two more emails only resulted in more settlement offers and no specifics. I looked them up and found the ongoing complaints/fraud profile. I've blocked them and reported them as spam to Google/Gmail but wanted to file here are well. I've attached a copy of the email chain for your reference.
