  Great job, showed up a half hour early! Covered all the holes in the vapor barrier, sprayed foam where needed, and fixed all loose shims, and other stuff.****, *****, and ****** were awesome!Highly recommend them.

  I originally contacted several companies, one was an over the phone ************* an email. Florida *********************************************** was the only company that actually came and crawled under the Mobile Home, took pictures and an estimate was established, all within a week of the call. After accepting the quote we were scheduled the following week for repairs. I have not seen pictures yet of the completed job, but I did see the beginning as to what was under....oh my, what a mess!The supervisor and crew that came to work, were super! They completed the job in two mornings and the house feels cooler already. I would recommend them to anyone. A very professional company.

  Has them to come out and inspect underneath my mobile home told me it had lots of mold an estimate to the tune of $6300, I was all taken back that if there was that much mold under there, why go under there without a mask. I had someone to inspect the vapor barrier, there was no mold and only minimal that needed to be repaired $1800. Rip off

  ********* came out, with men, to make sure everything was done perfectly. I know it had to be an expense, but it did make the difference! Everything was done correctly, exactly as ******, the estimator, had said. AND PROVIDED PICTURES! The company really does a 5 Star job! Then, when I said the red copy wasn't entirely clear, he emailed the white, sharper copy. A top notch organization!

  Every interaction I have had with this company has been pleasant and professional. From the crews that have been to my home to the people answering the phone when I have a question, I have been treated fairly and politely. The highest compliment I can give is that should someone were to ask me would I use this company again, I can answer with a resounding, YES!

   Hernan and his crew from Florida anchor & barrier were very pleasant and friendly. I am very impressed and pleased by the way they all worked together and got it all done in a timely manner. Vapor barrier, mesh & some skirting was installed. Only one problem, I asked them to take out extra pieces of vinyl siding out from underneath. They took them. Oh well, I guess I should have explained myself better to leave them so I could use them if needed at a later date. I will definitely refer this company though. There was another company that said they would come out and I never heard from them.

  ******, ****, ***** and ****** are easy to deal with as was ****** the estimator. ******** and his crew did the work in a very professional manner keeping us posted as they progressed through the job. Florida Anchor and Barrier is a well run operation that will complete the work you requested in a timely manner at a fair price with pictures before and after so you know precisely what was accomplished. Give them the opportunity to give you a quote and you'll probably choose them.*************************

  This *** and its crew go the extra mile ! They saw an issue in our plumbing and informed us so we were aware of the problem sooner than later.   This company sent *****, ************************** and ***** to insulate under our modular home. They were quick and pleasant. All photos show the what a great job they did. If you need work done ask for this crew. There were no hidden charges. I am extremely pleased with the job they did.
