      As many other people have reported, I was had a check written against my account for $3.49 and then a separate check written against my account for $44.99. The check was an automated check through my bank, and I had not initiated it. I have reported this to the bank to look into, and I called ID Guard LLC to issue a complaint. The call to ID Guard was a very frustrating experience lasting over 30 min. They were going to issue a credit but has not yet happened. I believe this company should be investigated regarding its legitimacy and its practices.

      Charged my checking account for $3.49 and when I called them they would not cancel the subscription,,,said I would be charged monthly for something I did not request. Have notified my bank and they are investigating.

      If I could rate lower I would. They debited my account for $44.99 and I never even heard of them before. They stated that someone called me and offered free food coupons and I agreed, so I asked them if it was free why am I being charged, I never have a full conversation with what I call SPAM calls and when they start I let them know that because I have Tricare I dont qualify. Im not sure how they got my checking account since I no longer write checks. After a lengthy conversation I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would reimburse me half and I would receive it it two weeks and I said NO I wanted all of it reimbursed. She stated she couldnt so Im going to my bank and since they were able to get into my account I now have to change my account which is a hassle because ALL of my payments goes there including my Social Security check. As I stated I have never heard of ID Guard LLC!

      You people are crooks!! We are on to you, *** ****, and ************ Why dont you put the same effort and creativity you put into ripping people off in to making an honest living! You would do just fine. Anyone who has been a victim, file a claim at your bank and change your account number. Also file a report with *** and the police! They are going down!

      This is a total scam. The number that they tell you to call for questions never works …nobody answers and you just keep calling over and over again. They basically took my money and there is no way to try to get the money back once they get it do not waste your time on this company and for Pete sakes they say. The number listed everywhere is but try it for yourself because nobody will answer… they are con artists pure and simple.

      I also was taken in by this company. First a $3.49 charge on Oct 30 2024. Then Nov 29 2024 ID Guard again withdrew another $44.99 for a IDE Guard check *******. I had to close my account at my bank, I thought I did. I left a few dollars in the account. When the $44.99 withdrawal hit the bank my overdraw service kicked in and paid it, with a fee of $29.00. I am trying to rebuild my online payment system all over again, what a Nightmare. Oh if you do close your account don’t forget to redirect funds on auto pay bills with new account number. Now I am out of $77.48. I feel lucky I caught it on Time. I didn’t ask for this service, I didnt request that they take money from my account. My fault I misdialed a phone number to a Customer Service for another company. I gave them all my info. Then realized my error before I knew it they hung up on me, after taking all my info. Checked the number and I was of one number off. Checked the Phone number it was located in New York as a Toll Free phone number. I called ID Guard on Nov 1, 2024 to cancel the service, but ID Guard still withdrew $44.99 Good Luck to you all.
