      I ordered a portable room electric heater recommended in their advertising as a miracle money saver and endorsed by **** ****. When it was received, I tried to use it according to the enclosed instructions (filled with misspellings), but it does not work. I tried to phone and email them, but that only resulted in advertisements for their other (health related) products. I was never able to reach a live person. I then contacted BBB and learned that this company has an "F" rating with BBB.

I would just like to cancel the apparent subscription with them and be ******** can I get this done, and I know there are multiple affected individuals with the same issue.

      Like similar complaints already filed against this provider,by other purchasers , I keep getting these Keto gummies mailed to me. I have called a phone number that was supposed to be related to this and asked them to cancel immediately to no avail. This was supposed to have been a one time purchase, but I keep getting product mailed to me. Please make it stop.

      I purchased from 'Fast Ripped ****,' 6 bottles of **** + ACV Gummies--a one time purchase--sometime in late May or early June. On 06-26-24, I was charged $199.85 and had received all 6 bottles. I did not order anything else, and as stated, this was to be a one time purchase. Then, I started receiving a new set of six bottles (same product) every month. Since I had some medical issues 'of my own,' I had not started taking any until a few months later, and was rather sporadic in taking them, I didn't think too much about the deliveries at first. Then my husband stated we were being charged every month ... for something I ordered only as a one-time purchase. We started investigating. There was a phone number on the packaging for questions: CS# **************. The business and location of the product was received from: NUTRAITION, **************************************************************. We tried the **** which turned out as a 'wrong #.' We cannot find any information regarding contacting the business. Make matters worse, we also are being charged for 'Track My **** Diet' (an app??) at $14.95 per month for the last 6 months. This was not ordered! The most recent order of both items being received is dated 10-30-2024. I've retained the last 3 shipment labels with the following #s included thereon: ***** C4038497. I discovered the advertising for this product while scanning through articles on my phone via ******. I researched the product (or so I thought) through my computer prior to deciding to ordering and even did some consumer reports investigation. I felt good about making the one-time purchase. Obviously, now, I know this to be some type of scam! Is there a way to stop these monthly purchases?! Thank you for your attention to this inquiry. I put in the last **** tracking # I received below. Total amount spent on the **** gummies for 5 months, minus the one-time purchase = $999.25, PLUS the 'Track My **** Diet' (??) for 6 months ($89.70) is shown below.

      This was an item of Keto-ACV gummies from Nutraition which was delivered on Nov *******. **** tracking #**** 1362 0624 9274 9328 23. I had ordered this product in May 24 from a different company and cancelled it promptly. I did not receive and further deliveries from them. I checked with that company and they verified the cancelled subscription.       This company snagged my bank card information from a legit purchase I made for $59.95 and now continuously keep sending me stuff, that I have returned without opening each month since June 2024 and charging me $119.95 each month. No refunds for items returned. I have closed my bank card so that they can no longer charge my account. I want my money refunded for items I returned and I didn't request to purchase. This company now is charging under a different account name on the bank statement. It started out as Ezzyhealthbrands and now is ShopEzHealth.

      I keep getting these ultra quick keto gummies and another product that I didnt order. I have tried to stop this but they keep sending and charging me for these. How can I stop this?

      Did an initial order to try and didn't get any results, then an additional order shows up and a $100 is taken out of my account. I want to ship the unopened envelope and get my money back.
