I just received a package from this Nutraition company and didn't order anything. There is no contact information, bill of sale or anything. It's a small bottle of Daily Detox Supplement. I am watching my account and have not yet seen a charge, however after reading other complaints I'm very concerned. Don't know how they even got my information to send me anything. On May 12, 2024 seeing an ad on ******** for free ****** guitar for shipping only ($9.95) I fell for it initially. Moments later realized it was a scam, instantly checking my CC account I saw the shipping charge and an additonal fraudelent charge for $149.95. I immediately locked and canceled the CC and sorted this out with my bank. Today I received an unsolicited package from Nutraition *********************************** ernclosed was the SlimFit Fusion Keto+ ACV gummies. 05/07/2024 I won a recliner but had to pay $9.95 for shipping. I used my credit card for the shipping charges. Upon check-out, I was asked to confirm my shipping address. My bank contacted me about the charges to my credit card and that is when I learned that they added a health package at $149.95 charge to my credit card. I called them on 05/09/2024 to have them remove the charge of $149.95 because I did not order or agree to the charge to my credit card. The person I spoke to was ****, and she told me the order was canceled and to check my email for the cancelation confirmation. Although I have checked daily, no cancelation confirmation has been received. Yesterday, 05/21/2024, I picked up my mail and a package from Nutraition dated 05/17/2024 was in my mailbox. No paperwork was in the envelope containing only a bottle of Daily Detox. I didn't order or want! I immediately checked my bank statement and noticed I was charged $149.95 on 05/13/2024. I have reported this fraudulant charge to my bank and canceled my credit card so no other charges can be made to it.Customer Answer

A transaction occurred on the 1st day of July, 2023 for $13.74. I didnt think anything of it. Then on the 7th day of July, 2023 two additional separate transactions occurred. This time one for $138.13 & the other for $137.42. Finally, on the 22nd day of July, 2023 two more transactions occurred, this time one in the amount of $112.65 & the other in the amount of $114.79. I have received a few packages from this merchant, therefore I have been able to locate a telephone number in order to contact said merchant, but they refuse to reverse any of these transactions. The products are unopened and I have requested for them to allow me to return them seeing as how I do not want their products, and they refused this request as well. I also asked them to stop sending me a thing after the first package (out of three in total) arrived, and of course said it was already in my mail box and refused to not send out the third to follow. They have taken in total just over $500 out of my account without my agreement. The only thing this company has verbally agreed to is to stop sending any more of their product to me.
