      Hello, I have received 3 packages in the mail which to my knowledge I did not order. I am guessing that my underage Grandson may have clicked on some type of solicitation on my iPhone. It appears that I am on some type of monthly purchase. The sender address is: NUTRAITION UNIT UNIT **** **************************************************************. The 1st item I received is some type of blue tooth device which I have left sealed in its box. I am not sure what the other 2 items are since I have left them in their shipping packages. There is nothing in the 1st package to provide any details for a customer service contact. I have also searched the internet for customer service contact details with no luck in find anything. I will be happy to return the 3 items and am looking for a refund plus the immediate stopping of any future shipments from NUTRAITION.

      The company did contact us & did a complete refund for all 3 items we were charged for.  They were actually very responsive once you had made contact with them even though they did not reference the BBB in our communications.

      Hello, I received a package in the mail which to my knowledge I did no order. The sender address is:NUTRAITION UNIT **** ************************************************************ The item I received is some type of blue tooth device. I am watching for a charge to my debit card account. Can you tell me how the charge would be posted as I did not purchase this.Im looking for a refund when and if this posts to my account.Thank you,*******************************

      In August I received some device, I have no idea what it is. Today I got another one. I did not order this and have no use for it. They did charge me $39.99 last month and I will reject if they try this again!!!!

The transaction was fully refunded back to the customers account on 09/20/22. It should already reflect in the customers account.

      On 9/06/2022, Shopaffair" aka "Nutraition" of ***********, ** (a scam storefront), sent ** two unsolicited items via ***** a cheap flashlight and a bluetooth GPS tracking/missing item locator. They somehow obtained our debit information and made two unauthorized charges in the amount of $19.99 and $49.98. Many people are complaining of these practices by this company.

      I am rejecting this response because your claim that *************************** placed an order is false. Nutraition of *********** has multiple identical fraud complaints against it with the BBB et *********************************** payment information was fraudulently used by Nutraition to send an unsolicited order for random items. I would like to see a receipt from the site where the purchase was made, and for Nutraition to cease and desist from a) falsely claiming that complainant placed any order(s) in the aforementioned amount absent proof of said claim; and (b) immediately cease and desist from using or attempting to use complainant ******************************* ACH, debit, credit, or address information for any and all purposes, permanently.

While we do seem to have this customer in common, we are not ********************** and want to be immediately disassociated from that business. There apparently is an incorrect link to our business somewhere directing customers to us. We have refunded the purchase associated with ******************** if there was malpractice performed. We do collect transactional data at time of purchase and do not mind sharing it. However, due to our strict compliance with PCI standards, ******************** solely is welcome to request the purchase details through our customer service.

      This company offered a Dyson vacuum cleaner for two dollars stating that there is an overstock at ******** Instead they sent me a little finger thermometer and not the product that was stated in the advertisement.       The following complaint has been closed: 17857392.Resolution: merchant claims that they refunded $ ****** twice, but only one refund in the amount of $ ****** is showing on credit card.       Nutraition has been sending me products over the last couple of months. I can't find where to stop something I didn't order and I can't find out how to stop them

      Aug 25th said I ordered was shipped on the 27th. I didn't order this pulse oximeter it just showed up. I didn't get charged for it yet. I don't know the business and would like to know how they got my info to send it. I looked up Nutraition and found I'm not the only one they have done this to.Order#**F7131549 Tracking#**********************. I hope this gets settled and I don't get charged.       I ordered an iPad pro which the company stated that I had won I only had to pay $19.98 shipping! I was charged $38.98 plus another charge for $1.95. I received a smart watch which doesn't even work!! I want my money back but there was no purchase order and the email is not valid. This came from nutraition this company was not on the survey I took, I believe the survey was from Amazon bit now I know it wasn't!! I want my money back and hopefully do not get charged anything else.
