1 starAfter investing thousands of dollars and six months of patience into a direct mail campaign with PostcardMania, we are walking away with nothing but frustration and regret.
As a company that values results, transparency, and strong vendor partnerships, we were stunned by the abysmal performance of this campaign. Not only were the results shockingly poor—generating virtually no ROI—but at no point did anyone at PostcardMania take ownership of the failure. Every concern we raised was met with deflection, vague reassurances, and zero concrete solutions.
The so-called “Quality Control Specialist” assigned to our account proved to be an exercise in futility. Rather than identifying the obvious performance issues or working with us to resolve them, they instead seemed confused by the campaign's failure, unable or unwilling to offer meaningful insight. Their role was clearly more about checking boxes than actually ensuring quality or effectiveness.
It’s baffling that a company selling marketing solutions could run a campaign with such pathetic results and then act as if it's simply par for the course. Not once did anyone proactively suggest a make-good offer, a revised strategy, or even acknowledge that the campaign fell drastically short of even modest expectations.
This partnership was a mistake. PostcardMania delivered no results, no accountability, and no integrity. Save your marketing budget and invest with a company that stands behind its work.Review fromDavid K

Our interaction with this company was the worst interaction with a business I have ever had. After postcardmanias sales team assured us that they would be capable of getting a time sensitive campaign out for customers in a 2 week window. This was the first week of March 25. After countless emails and requests along with unnecessary edits that we didn't request after providing designs. I am still unsure of the date our business cards did go out but I have emails on the 11th of April 10th that the cards would ship that day and first delivery conformation on the 14th of April. Our card displayed a time sensitive nearly 1000 raffle giveaway, leaving 12 business days for targeted group to come in and sign up. Friday April 25th I attempted to log in to our account page to track the campaign we paid nearly 1500 dollars for and was unable to gain access, After multiple password resets and attempt I give up and come in Monday the 28Th to the Following message I was updated on your account. Your portal has been closed because you communicated with our quality control team that you did not want to do business with PostcardMania moving forward. We do that as part of closing up your account so youre not contacted by any members of our team. Are there any receipts or design PDFs or anything specific I can find and provide to you?Now I could be wrong but I believe we paid for the use of the portal through our campaign promotion date and it awful convenient that I am no longer able to post the detailed review I have createdPostcardMania

Hi *****, in an email to our Quality Control team you made it clear you wanted no further business with PostcardMania. This was after we offered to cover the cost of an entirely new campaign in hopes of handling this with you. Closing your account was an attempt to avoid upsetting you further with the normal follow-up we have with our clients. Your account has been reactivated so you have full access to your client portal. Please let us know what further actions we can take to remedy this with you.David K

First, I told your company that we would not be using 1000 cards. You were unable to provide proper service on the first order. This is what I informed you. And no considering we have NOT gotten what we paid for as described by yours sales team I wouldn't. You shut our access to your portal without notification almost a week before our promotion date that you knew about, Your QR code did not work and was not active until the second round of returned cards came back and I informed Postcardmania that I have scanned every one and not a single one took me to our website as they should have. I will not argue anything If BBB is accrediting POSTCARDMANIA they should truly reach out for my contradicting emails from your company as I have plenty saying my cards went out only to find out they didn't. This could seriously have been the easiest sale as all you had to do to please us was print the designs we sent and mail them by the middle of march as we informed your sales team and they felt good enough about being able to accommodate to accept our campaign. And quite honestly the offer of 1000 free cards pretty much tells me you know you didn't provide the service we expected or your sales team suggested.David K

We agreed to business with you early March when you verified you could have out campaign out the middle of March. The cards went out sometime in the beginning of April, what day I could not say as I have 3 emails from different dates all telling me they would be going out that day. Youve admitted you did not provide the service your sales team assured us of by offering us an additional 1000 cards, a value of 846.00, Considering the the cards were far later than they should have been, the QR code did not work until I notified Postcardmania, days after we received the 3rd round of return to sender cards. due to the ineffectiveness I should be requesting postage as well at and additional 431.57 But I understand your company has no control over postage and they were mailed just far later than we were assured at time of sale. I have emails contradicting each other on actual delivery date and a chat thread to verify my claims. As I said you have already admitted that you did NOT provide the service we requested by the offer of 1000 free cards. Why would it be an issue if the value of the cards is the same as the refund value. You should not be mandating your consumers continue to work with you for reimbursement of a bad sale.Review fromMel B

Horrible customer service. I literally called to do an EDDM campaign. First, I waited on hold forever for someone to pick up. When someone finally did, we started discussing the campaign I wanted to do and she was going through the options about their custom design plans. I told her that I didn't need them to--and she literally cut me off and said, "Okay, have a good day." Then hung up on me. Wow. Terrible sales people and TERRIBLE customer service. Maybe they should give customers the option to do their own campaigns like thousands of other sites out there. Ridiculous. Never using this company.PostcardMania

Hi ***, We're very sorry about this misunderstanding. The Call was reviewed and it sounded like you said "we don't need you" right before the line cut off. This was noted on your account as the ***** genuine interpretation of what happened. I confirmed with our IT department that the call was not ended first by our *** so the call must have been dropped. 1 starI signed up and spent thousands with Post Card Mania. I received zero return on that investment and have told them multiple times awhile ago I did not wish to do any further mailings. I received an unathorized charge to my bank account from them today 7/6/24 for $750. I want my unauthorized payment returned immediately. Terrible experience with this company.Review fromAmanda O

1 starThis is a review that is very hard to write. Im very upset about all the different offers and moons and stars this company has made us and we fought so hard to bring in revenue. From trying in 2023 til now in 2024 we have wasted well over 30k between postcards and postage. Give or take some. I was promised if we invested in a mailing with over 7k post cards going out we were going to see traction. We had support team look at the design and approve. *** sent over 50k post cards out supposedly over the past year and half. Our return mail with over thousands coming back to us and still tried. This company will take and bleed you dry. Put the big $ into something better because this is not it. This is hard earned $ thrown away. Not ONE SINGLE return on investment. I can count on one hand the number of calls we have received. This is beyond awful. Save your money guys invest in something better.Review fromPlanet S

1 starVery sketchy company. I specifically told the sales rep not to send the postcards out during the holiday. They just sent them out. And they pulled up my initial request form showing mailing asap. They keep saying they cannot find the communication between my sales rep and me. The ** doesnt want to get on a call. my account was NOT closed due to my 'offensive comments' which were basically comments stating how shoddy the work was on the design I paid for. You then offered me a refund BECAUSE I was unhappy. Do not try to act like you were a victim. I was the victim of horrible communication, a design for a postcard that was 4 days late and would have been later had I not inquired, and lastly a postcard design that was so bad that it was laughable. To insinuate that I was to blame in any way is simply gaslighting.
