    They are dishonest. They start by accusing Duke for changing out the meter. They say it was illegal. They will not tell you who they are with . It is their sales pitch. They are pushy even after being asked to leave.

    As I stated on Google review, Flo Energy did great as far as solar came to when it comes to their contractors, though, especially for the roofing, they dropped the ball. I have a leak in my bedroom from the new roof. I repeatedly asked Flo Energy to have the contractor come back out which is liquid roofing I also contacted liquid roofing times with no response to the issue, I blame Flo Energy for choosing a poor contractor which they had multiple issues with the comment came from one of their inspectors who came out and looked at the leak and they refused to take responsibility and told me I had to contact the roofer and I did with no response from them either this is pathetic, **** * **********

    We signed with FloEnergy just before Hurricane *** hit. I ended up having FloEnergy handle replacing my damaged shingle roof as well as installing a new solar panel system. We were one of if not the very 1st to have a new roof installed in our neighborhood (**********,**). Weve never had a leak and our system generates more electricity than we use! Great job Flo Energy! The ****** Family

    **** was very professional and explained everything to us. The panels went in quickly. However the paperwork was not processed for us to recurve our solar credits for 9 months. Paying both the high energy bill and the solar bill was lost stars. The power company was off no help with this. To date no one from Flo Energy has contacted us to correct the loss of credits.. Disappointing since the solar panels work great.

    We sat with 3 Solar companies and from the intial door knock to installation these folks were amazing! They are a solid group. The young man who came to our door was respectful, sincere and humble. He knew what he knew and what he didn't he did not attempt to smooze. ********************* our sales rep, was kind, respectful, responsiveness-even to this day almost 2 years later. He was a impressive young man of integrity and knowledge. Again, what he did not know he found out and followed up. He also fought hard to find the best program for seniors and was sensitive to our budget. **** from Customer Care also responsive, kind and respectful. Made every effort to explain things in laymen terms and forwarded any questions we had. Thank you FLO Energy hope our relationship contines on this path and much continued success! Your customer service and forthrightness are rare in this industry
