    Only been a customer since Jan 2024 but process was smooth and went quickly after engineering was completed. Always a concern about roof warranty but they assumed me this should not be an issue and they cover any leaks. Storm season is coming, praying is going to go well

    My initial contact with ************************** left me hesitate and **** respected that and left my house,no high pressure. After 2 weeks studying the proposal I called back to say I was ready to go forward..F.E. worked me in the schedule and it's been a confident ride since then. Installation was done earlier than expected, actually done while I was at the golf course. 18 panels and everything that goes with them,when I arrived at home NO MESS NO FUSS,3 weeks later FPL installed the Net-metering meter ,I'm watching my production on my Enphase app . I initially thought I needed more panels but as the daylight has gotten longer my production is now nearly matching my usage . My interaction with ************************** has been the Best from the beginning till present???? THANK-YOU!!

    Completely professional, responsive and ethical from initial sales call to installation. Everything happened as advertised. After nearly a year, all is running well and we are enjoying reduced energy payments. This is a top notch company.

    I have had my solar panels for about a year now, my interaction with the Flo Energy crew as well as with ***** my go to with questions I had was always courteous, professional and personable. Any questions I had were promptly answered and to my satisfaction. Communication was good and they were very knowledgeable about each step in the process, was always kept in the loop from start to finish. Highly recommend Flo Energy when planning on getting solar panels. Very satisfied!
