    On 3-13-2024 I paid Easy Form Filler $67.88 thinking I was paying the ****************** to renew my passport. Their site is very misleading. They should not be allowed to be in business. They are ripping people like me off.

    This sit3 advertised to renew USA passport. It appears as a legitimate govt site, but it takes your money and you still have to file with government to get passport. It is a well constructed site. I was easily deceived that it was a governmen5 website. I would like a refund and to have all of my personal information deleted.

    This company charged me $88.83 and $85.83 to fill out forms for a passport renewal. The website looked like an official government website. I have called the number ************ numerous times and no one answers. I would like a refund of both of these charges.

    Payed to have my passport renewed but all they did was email me a preprint form which I had filled all the information, so they did not and do not renew my passport as they advertised to do.

    I paid 67 dollars for passport renewal and, not realizing this was not a gov website, and after attempting to call customer service number several times, and receiving no answer realized that this is not a legitimate company. I looked online and saw several reports that this is a scam. I have called them several times and I have not received a call back or an email back

    This company popped up as a passport renewal website affiliate with the gov. **** all my personal and sensitive information then charged me ***** for the passport renewal form that is a free government form. They provided no passport renewal service at all and charged me to populate a free form insinuating it was going to process a renewal of my passport. Now Im out ***** and my personal information was shared with this scam site. Unclear why this shows up as a legit passport renewal site. Internet is filled with similar scam stories from other individuals.

    I received a response from their customer service willing to refund me 50%. Im concerned about all of my information personal information being used, but I dont think Im going to get any further resolution at this point. Recommend closing.

    I am concerned that it's not clear on the website that the submission of the form does not support in the passport application renewal. I paid $60+ on a service that seemed to support *** passport application. Additionally, I am concerned that yall now have PII information. This needs to be deleted and there needs to be a banner/RED BOLD letters that this is only to support in filling out the form. To process the form, it goes through ***. What's funny is the *** gives this service for free. I would like a refund for this ************ information deleted asap. Especially as I have not received a payment confirmation.

    I used EasyFormFiller.com not realizing it was a scam website. I thought it was the legit way to fill out a passport form. I realized it when it said I would get an e-mail with my packet and that e-mail never came. That is when I started looking up the company and realized it was fraudulent.

    ********************************************* is a deceptive website that charges $67 to fill out a form that is FREE to fill out. You are directed to this site believing it to be an official government website when in actuality, they are just collecting money and then NOT fulfilling the service they offer - no 24/7 support or phone number for customers, as their website suggests. Furthermore, shortly after I gave personal and highly sensitive information to this website under false pretenses, I received a number of texts and emails attempting to phish for more personal information. My information was sold without my consent. I would like all of my information to be removed permanently from their database and the databases of anywhere it exists as a result of submitting the form on this website, and I need a refund for the full amount charged. This website should be taken down immediately to prevent further scams from taking place.
