    5/9/2025 ID#************ $85.83 This is a phishing website, misrepresenting themselves as the site to apply for US Passports. Only when they issue a purchase receipt is their any mention of their true identity. "**********************************."I am concerned for the safety of my personal information.

    I was trying to renew my passport online and I typed in "passport renew". This was the first website that popped up on top of the ****** page. I unfortunately filled out the passport renewal on their website and gave them very sensitive information about myself including, Social Security number, date of birth, place of birth, home address, phone number, passport number, parents full name, date of birth place of birth, and mothers full birth name (i.e. maiden name).I also gave my husband's name, date of our marriage, phone number I thought I was filling out this information on the official US state website. This happened on May 3, 2025 This website is designed to look just like the official US state website.Can you please help? I would like them to delete my full account, and I would very much appreciate it if you could PLEASE SHUT THIS WEBSITE down and others like it.Thank you

    This is a fraudulent company disguising themselves as a government website for passport renewal applications. I paid $85.83 on March 11, 2025 and it was withdrawn from my account on March 17, 2025.

    This company is posing as a government website for people who need to renew their passports. The website asked for my personal information and then generated it on a DS-82 form. I then had to pay for this service. This website came up ahead of the ************************ website. After now having looked up the actual website for passport renewal, this is not a service that needs to be paid for and I am concerned about my information being shared.

    This website imitates a government website but is NOT. They charged me $88.83 for a PDF form that was emailed to me which does not include the application fee! So now they have all my personal information including my social security number! Their url is *************************?! How would people know this is not a legitimate business? How is this legal?! But when your charged the bill states **************************. ! This is shameful and very shifty. I want my money back!

    I attempted to renew my passport today with the US government. This site disguises itself as if it were the actual site to process the renewal and instead charged $88.83 just to file the forms that we can easily do for free! I was under the impression that I was processing my renewal through the correct government site. This site even uses a .org URL. It is intentionally misleading and I can see many many complaints against the company made with the BBB. How is this site still allowed to scam the American people? I would like my money back and this company to be made to pay for what it is, a fraud.

    This company is posing as a government agency collecting money for passport renewals. They scammed me , and to find out many others, out of $88. This should be a crime and they should not be allowed to operate as a business. If you are reading this and you too have been scammed by this company, please contact me. I have reached out to an attorney about a class action lawsuit.
