    This is a scam and very misleading! The fact that it comes up first in a ****** search let's me know that they're getting a lot of victims. Thought I was completing application to renew my passport, only to find out it was just assisting to fill in the information. Personal information at that. I can't believe that I fell for this!

    Scam. Criminals and they will steal your identity. Immediately file for a stolen passport and lock your credit if you have given them your informarion.

    Easy Form Filler is a scam that makes the consumer think they are a true passport agency. Charged $65 to get all my personal information. They need to be shut down.

    Easy Form Filler is masquerading as a real passport agency to renew online. I believed the money paid was the price to renew the passport online. This is a scam. They have all of my personal information as well as my credit card number. This business should be prosecuted.

    Easy Form Filler is a total scam, disguised as the real passport agency for you to fill out all your personal information. I didn't know this until I called the local agency and they explained that their forms are always FREE and also not to do this online. Easy Form Filler stole $67.88 from me to use their fake passport form. Not only did they steal my money, they have my personal information that is at risk. Total criminals.

    This is a scam. Im angry (also at myself for not being more careful). It came up first using Safari. The ******** website should have come up first. I will be letting Safari know and will not use Safari again. All whove been scammed, please complain to Safari also.

    TOTAL SCAM!!! I mistakenly went to this site to renew my passport. I entered all my information, paid the fee, and then I received the form to download. I immediately requested a refund and contacted my credit card company. I was told it was being escalated to a manager to which I responded I was reporting them to the BBB and my local police department for potential identity fraud. I received a refund in approximately 30 minutes. I too am concerned w/my information being out there and them selling it to the dark web. I am upset that I wasn't paying attention.

    ************************************ ******** USA initially rejected a $88.83 charge to my MasterCard to fill out a form to renew my passport, at which time I successfully charged to another credit card. The next morning ********** informed me of fraud. ************************************ ******** *** charged my MasterCard $88.83 twice, at which time my card was frozen. They made two additional attempts to charge $88.83 for a total of four charges in addition to the original charge of $88.83 to the other credit card, which I got reversed.

    Total scam. Didnt realize it until after I had paid for what I thought was the fee for my passport only to find out that it was an $88 fee to fill out a free form. And now they have all of my personal information. This person should be prosecuted for fraud.
