    This business scams you into thinking youre paying to renew a passport and charges you for getting a form you can get for free on the state department website.

    Beware!!! Total scam. This company charges $65+ to fill out paperwork that is free to do yourself and does not file the paperwork.

    SCAM. I should have looked more thoroughly, but I was multitasking, and they got me. Now we have locked our child's credit score in an effort to protect her information which I unwittingly shared with this unknown third party.

    Total scam. Site makes you think you're paying for your passport renewal. It's just to fill out the form ($64.88), which is FREE. It's interesting that they charge people different amounts, so it will be harder to track.call your credit card company and tell them you were scammed, so you can get refunded.

    I was scammed into thinking I had to legit pay for forms to fill out my passport when actually these forms are free. I was charged $85. How do I go about getting my money back?

    SCAM- Don't do this. Somehow I was lead from a gov site to fill passport info on this site. It's a rip off! I thought my payment was going to renew a passport. No. It goes into their pocket and has nothing to do with your payment to the government. Complete scam. I wish I paid more attention to the http link and realized it was not the gov site!

    Do not use this website! It is a scam. They take your money and give you a printout of everything you could do yourself on the form. They charge you $67 at the end making it seem like they are going to submit it for you and all you get is a print out. I have contacted them five times over the phone with no response and five emails with one response. The response was because they had me fill out the wrong form and with my own research I figured out I needed a different form so they said they would be happy to give me that form, but it makes no sense since you can do it yourself. Do not do not do not use this website, I am disgusted with their customer service! I still have not received my money back after all my attempts.

    This "company" is a complete scam! I do not know how they can legally exist!They do not submit your Passport Renewal. They merely charge you (almost $70) to fill out a form that is FREE to electronically enter and print via the U.S. ********** of ******* website!(There is a renewal fee when mailing your renewal form.)

    Total and absolute scam. They disguise the process as a form of passport renewal only to cheat you out of $67 to just fill out a form and get a shipping label. This company needs to be held liable for all the innocent citizens that were misled by their link and website. Disgraceful business.

    This is a fraud for an older person, it makes you think that youre renewing your passport. And its only filling out a form electronicallyFor $88 dollars, why would you pay that, when you could fill out the form for free I wish I couldnt leave a star at all
