    I typed in Vital Statistics to obtain my bc and was apparently “hijacked” by Onlinevitalamerica.com. Not knowing it wasn’t the main site, I paid $84 only for them to send me a form to fill out asking for more money. I would like a refund please.

    This form business appears to be a scam. A fee was collected and information shared, but I did not get service leading to a passport. I am concerned becuase sensitive information has been shared. I have learned my ******* I will also report this to the ************************ and ************* Fraud.

    Very misleading. Looks like a government site. I didnt notice it was a third party site until I got the invoice. I fear my information may be compromised. I would like a refund. I would not use for they need to be more transparent. You can get the forms for free.

    I paid the money for the application under YOUR PASSPORTS.com but did not get a link to open the form. I requested a refund but was denied due to the fact it was over 120 days. I still want a refund! This is a sham organization! Do not waste your money on this business!

    Just like the others this company is a scam! Take the $89 and run. You do not get a passport or anything from them but a link to open the form. This is the same form you get from **** for free. I requested a refund did not hear back. Requested again with the threat to report them. Then got a response via email that I missed my window for a refund.

    This company is a total scam. Based on their website, I filled out the passport renewal paperwork and paid $89.00 believing this was the only step necessary to complete an official renewal. The site is created to look like an official US government site. The ONLY thing they do is take your information and review it. In addition, very sensitive information has been shared with a company that is unreachable by phone and can potentially be using my information for nefarious activities. I've been duped and recommend others DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

    Went to renew passport online. This site was first to pop up looking like a legit government site. Not realizing until after purchase and document came back with incorrect information with an unusable document that cannot be processed I thought was apply for a passport! I have now come to realize that this is like a service to help you with your passport questions, but they cannot legally do any information online. I believe this Company or site is a SCAM!!! They charged me $108.95 which I thought was a renewal fee but was only a form completion fee. I want my money refunded. I have already reported it to my credit card company and we are on the watch to make sure no more charges are coming. I just wanted to let the BBB about what this company is going with my information!?!! I am worried I am now compromised!! How do we stop this from happening to more people?

    I clicked on the link my ****** search brought me to. Not fully paying attention, I put all my sensitive info in the prompted pages to what I thought was apply for a passport! I have now come to realize that this is like a service to help you with your passport questions, but they cannot legally do any information online, it has to be an In Person application, because you have to show correct documents! I believe this Company or site is a SCAM!!! I have already reported it to my credit card company and we are on the watch to make sure no more charges are coming. I just wanted to let the BBB about what this company is going with my information!?!! I am worried I am now compromised!! Is there anything that can be done?!?

    This is a deceptive scam site that has gotten to the top of the ****** search engine. $89 to fill out the form. They do not do anything but a form filler than sends you the exact same PDF you can get from the government site directly.
